Želeo bih da podnesem žalbu u vezi sa sporom sa LocoWin Casino-om i zatražim vašu pomoć u razmatranju ovog slučaja.
Imao sam dva odvojena problema sa ovim kazinom koja su uključivala uklanjanje ili ograničavanje mojih dobitaka.
Prvi incident:

I have experienced two separate issues with this casino involving the removal or restriction of my winnings.
First incident:
I deposited €300 and received a €300 bonus with wagering requirements. After completing the wagering requirements, I continued playing and eventually requested withdrawals totaling approximately €7,914. The casino later cancelled these withdrawals and removed the balance, claiming that I had violated bonus terms related to maximum bet limits and restricted games.
Second incident:
Later, I made a new deposit of €900 without activating or accepting any bonus. After playing, my balance reached €2,900 and I attempted to withdraw this amount.
The casino then restricted the withdrawal, stating that €379.80 of my winnings came from free spins on the game "Sugar Rush", and therefore the withdrawal was limited to €2,000 due to free spin withdrawal limits.
However, the deposit itself was made without accepting any bonus, which the casino confirmed in writing. Despite this, they refused to separate the real-money deposit and winnings from the alleged free spins winnings and applied the free spin conditions to the entire balance.
I have attempted to resolve this directly with the casino but they maintain their position and refuse to process the full withdrawal.
I believe this is unfair because:
the deposit was made without a bonus
the casino applied bonus conditions to the entire balance
the casino refused to separate real-money funds from bonus-related winnings
I also have full email correspondence with the casino confirming these details.
