Dana [13. aprila 2025.], poslao sam prvi upit (tiket 235261) u vezi sa obaveštenjem o višestrukim isplatama koje nikada nisam primio.
Sledeća tri zahteva za povlačenje

Ova povlačenja mi nikada nisu poslata, a 13. mi je rečeno da će stvar biti eskalirana i da će istraga biti stavljena na neodređeno vreme, sa navedenim razlogom [Imajte u vidu da je vaš upit prosleđen ABSA-i i da još uvek čekamo njihov odgovor. Dana 21. maja 2026. godine, kontaktirao sam agenta uživo kompanije Lucky Fish. Čim sam naznačio da ću lično eskalirati problem, dobio sam odgovor u kojem me obaveštavaju: „Molimo vas da imate u vidu da je nakon pregleda ovih isplata potvrđeno da su iskorišćene. Klijent će morati da kontaktira banku za detalje o iskorišćenju zbog pravila POPI sa njihove strane."
Smatram da su ove informacije nevažeće i da im nedostaju dokazi koji ukazuju na informacije o isplati, moja srećna ribica.
U potpunosti sam ispunio/la sve Uslove i odredbe i ispunio/la vaše zahteve za FICA/KYC verifikaciju. Priložio/la sam sledeće dokaze ovoj e-pošti na vaš pregled:

I am writing to formally escalate my complaint regarding multiple withheld withdrawal from my account [Account Nr: [hidden by Casino Guru].
On [13 April 2025], I sent the first enquiry (ticket 235261) regarding multiple withdrawal payments notification in never received.
The following three withdrawal requests of

These withdrawals were never sent to me and on the 13th I was told the matter would be escalated and pending investigation placed on indefinite hold on with the stated reason of [Please note that your query has been forwarded to ABSA, and we are still waiting for their response. Kindly allow 24-48 hours for feedback.] Bookmaker's Stated Reason.
On 21 May 2026, I followed up with Lucky Fish live agent. And as soon as I indicated I would be personally escalating issue, I received a response informing me "Please be informed that after reviewing these withdrawals, it was confirmed that they have been redeemed. Client will need to contact the bank for redemption details due to POPI rules on their end."
I find this information invalid and lacks evidence indicating payout information my lucky fish
