Hello, since yesterday I suddenly can no longer log in to this casino. At first I could still contact the chat, but now I no longer have access to ask anyone in the chat.

First, the chat support told me to reset my password, but that didn't work. Then they said they were having technical problems and that I should try again later. Even after several hours, it still hasn't worked. They're not responding to emails.

Hallo, seit gestern kann ich mich plötzlich nicht mehr einloggen bei diesem Casino. Zuerst konnte ich noch den Chat kontaktieren, aber mittlerweile habe ich keinen Zugriff mehr jemanden im Chat zu fragen.

Zuerst meinte man im Chat, ich sollte mein Passwort zurücksetzen, das funktionierte nicht, anschließend sagte man, man habe technische Probleme, ich sollte es später noch einmal versuchen. Auch mehrere Stunden später klappt es nicht. Auf Emails wird nicht geantwortet.
