I have just one question:

How can a deposit take over 3 hours?

I made my second deposit today.

The first time I deposited money and waited 3 hours for the money to arrive.

The account was immediately empty.

again today:

I transferred €20 this morning at 7 am using online banking and it's almost 12 pm now and the money still hasn't arrived.

If I deposit money, I want to play immediately, not sometime in the future.

I've never seen anything like it before…
