Zdravo. Želim da podnesem žalbu u vezi sa Ludios kazinom i njihovom nemogućnošću da mi isplate sredstva. U februaru 2026. godine sam dobio 5176 dolara u Ludios kazinu. Isplate su mi polako primane do sredine aprila, a onda su isplate prestale. Imao sam više sesija uživo ćaskanja sa njima, tražeći da ubrzaju proces, ali su samo govorili o različitim vremenskim okvirima koji nikada nisu bili tačni. Uvek sam morao da ih kontaktiram pitajući o isplatama, a onda bi novac stigao za par dana, ali posle 11. aprila su prestali da isplaćuju obećavajući da će novac biti obrađen za nekoliko dana, ali do sada se to još uvek nije dogodilo. Mogu da podižem samo male iznose iz kazina zbog njihove politike ograničenja isplate po transakciji, tako da sada imam 785 dolara na čekanju i 476 dolara još uvek na računu koji čekaju da budu povučeni, ali to je na pauzi jer nikada nisam isplatio od aprila i dao sam samo prazna obećanja. Hello. I want to submit a complaint regarding Ludios Casino and their inability to pay out my funds. I had a win on Ludios Casino in February 2026 of $5176. I was getting my payouts slowly until mid April and then the payouts stopped. I had multiple Live Chat sessions with them, asking to speed up the process but they only kept telling about different time frames which never were right. Always before I had to contact them asking about withdrawals and then in a couple of days the money would come but after 11th April they stopped paying out promising the money will be processed in a few day but as of now this still hasn't happened. I can only withdraw small chunks from the casino due to their withdrawal limit per transaction policy so now I have $785 pending and $476 still in account waiting to be withdrawn but that's on pause because never paid since April and gave me just empty promises. Please help me solve the issue and get my win. Thanks
