Veoma sam uznemiren načinom na koji je ovaj kazino postupao sa mojim nalogom i njihov KYC proces izgleda beskonačno. Registrovao sam se, uplatio depozit, igrao i osvojio. Izvršio sam isplatu, a zatim su me zamolili da verifikujem svoj nalog, što je potpuno normalno i u redu. Poslao sam im selfi, lične dokumente, dokaz o adresi, dokaz o kupovini. Zatim su me zamolili da snimim video „na kojem jasno pokazujem svoj identifikacioni dokument, a zatim se prijavim na svoj Skrill nalog na uređaju koji koristim za pristup kazinu. Zatim, molim vas, idite do odeljka vašeg Skrill naloga koji prikazuje vaše depozite uplaćene u kazino". Napravio sam video i poslao im ga.
Onda su mi poslali ovaj imejl, za koji mislim da je apsolutno protiv svakog etičkog ponašanja!

Ne postoji valjan razlog zašto ne mogu da verifikuju moj nalog, već sam toliko toga pružio i transparentan sam i pružiću još ako bude potrebno, ali mi nije pružena ta prilika. Koji je razlog zašto nisu mogli da verifikuju????
Možda bih mogao/mogla da dobijem pomoć od vas kako bih dobio/la neke jasne odgovore.

I am extremely upset with the way that this casino has handled my account and their KYC process seems never ending. I signed up, deposited, played and won. I made a withdrawal, then was asked to verify my account, which is totally normal and fine. I sent them a selfie, ID documents, proof of address, proof of purchase. I was then asked for a video "showing your identity document clearly, followed by logging into your Skrill account on the device you use to access the casino. Please then navigate to the section of your Skrill account that displays your deposits made to the casino". I made the video and sent it to them.
Then they sent me this email, which I think is absolutely against any ethical behavior!
"We have been unable to verify your account and as such your account has been closed."
There is no valid reason for why they cannot verify my account, I have provided so much already and am transparent and will provide more if needed, but I was not given that chance. What is the reason they were unable to verify????
Maybe I could get some assistance from you to help me get some clear answers.
