Više puta sam pokušao da kontaktiram kazino, ali nisam imao uspeha. Nažalost, bez njihove saradnje, malo šta se može postići. Sada ću označiti žalbu kao nerešenu u našem sistemu. Razumem da ovo nije zadovoljavajuće rešenje za vaš problem. Međutim, smanjenje ocene kazina uzrokovano nerešenim žalbama moglo bi pomoći u promeni njihovog pristupa. Ako kazino odluči da odgovori, ponovo ćemo otvoriti žalbu i obavestiti vas putem e-pošte.
Takođe bih vam preporučio da kontaktirate organ za igre na sreću (Anjouan Gaming - AOFA). Ovo je zvanični regulator ovog kazino sajta i možete direktno njima podneti žalbu. Više informacija o njihovom postupku za žalbe možete pronaći OVDE , međutim, nisam mogao da pronađem nijednog validatora licence na veb stranici kazina. Stoga vam preporučujem da podnesete žalbu putem e-pošte ( admin@anjouangaming.com ). Takođe dodajem vezu do našeg članka posvećenog postupcima žalbi kod regulatornih tela uopšte, OVDE . I have tried to contact the casino multiple times but have had no success. Unfortunately, without cooperation from their side, there is little that can be achieved. I will now mark the complaint as unresolved in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the casino's rating caused by unresolved complaints could help change their approach. If the casino decides to respond, we will reopen the complaint and notify you by email.
I would also like to recommend you contact the gaming authority (Anjouan Gaming - AOFA). This is the official regulator of this casino site and you can submit a complaint directly to them. You can find more information regarding their complaint process HERE, however, I could not find any license validator on the casino website. Therefore, I recommend you submit a complaint by email (admin@anjouangaming.com). I am also adding a link to our article dedicated to complaint processes with regulators in general, HERE.
