Nakon vašeg odgovora, vaš nalog je odmah zatvoren.
Na osnovu tih nalaza možemo potvrditi da nije primećeno kašnjenje u vašem zatvaranju.
Ljubazno bismo želeli da vam skrenemo pažnju na sledeći članak iz naših Uslova i odredbi:
4.1: Otvaranjem naloga na našoj veb stranici i korišćenjem naše veb stranice garantujete da:
- postupate u svoje ime;
- vi ste kompetentan i zakonit građanin;
- nemate zavisnost od kockanja, ne koristite Veb lokaciju pod uticajem alkohola, droga ili drugih supstanci;
- svi podaci i informacije koje ste naveli prilikom registracije na našem veb-sajtu su istiniti i stvarni i nastavićete da ažurirate ove informacije u slučaju bilo kakvih promena;

Kompanija zadržava pravo da zatvori vaš račun i poništi sve dobitke u slučaju osnovane sumnje da ste prekršili ovu garanciju.
Pored toga, ljubazno bismo želeli da vam skrenemo pažnju na sledeći članak iz naših Uslova korišćenja:
6.6.2 Povraćaj novca nije moguć nakon što je predmetni depozit (ili povezani bonus) iskorišćen za postavljanje opklade.
Stoga, prema gore pomenutom članku, nema mogućnosti povraćaja novca za vaš račun.

On the 12th of September we received your closure request.Followed by that you received our reply on the same day where it was asked the confirmation of closure according to our terms and conditions.
Unfortunately we never received a reply from you, only on the 18. of September.
Followed by your reply your account was immediately closed.
Based on those findings we can confirm that no delay in your closure was detected.
