Podneo sam zahtev za isplatu 500 evra u kazinu Malina 15. avgusta 2025. godine.
Od danas (27. avgusta 2025. godine), povlačenje je i dalje zaglavljeno u fazi „pregleda". Svakog dana sam kontaktirao podršku putem ćaskanja uživo i jedini odgovor koji dobijam je da će „uskoro biti obrađeno", bez ikakvog konkretnog vremenskog okvira.
Ova situacija jasno krši vreme obrade navedeno u Uslovima i odredbama kazina (obično do 3 radna dana). Smatram da je ovo kašnjenje neopravdano i neprihvatljivo.
Ljubazno molim Casino Guru da mi pomogne u rešavanju ovog problema i da osigura da se moja isplata od 500 evra odmah obradi.

As of today (August 27, 2025), the withdrawal is still stuck in the "review" stage. I have contacted live chat support every single day, and the only answer I receive is that "it will be processed soon", without any concrete timeframe.
This situation clearly violates the processing times stated in the casino’s Terms & Conditions (usually up to 3 business days). I consider this delay unjustified and unacceptable.
I kindly request Casino Guru to assist me in resolving this issue and to ensure that my withdrawal of €500 is processed immediately.
