Pokušavam da kontaktiram korisničku službu u vezi sa isplatom 1800 dolara plus 1000 dolara u mom novčaniku. Svaki drugi dan odbijaju moju isplatu i pokušavam da kontaktiram svog VIP menadžera. Ona uopšte ne odgovara. Imam kopije imejla na koji ne odgovara, a sve što dobijam svaki put jer mi je isplata odbijena. Nisu dobili nikakav odgovor kada sam pokušao da kontaktiram korisničku službu. Dali su mi iste odgovore da bi to mogao biti kvar. Mogu biti ovo. Mogu ponovo da izvršim isplatu, podnesem novi zahtev i posle 24 sata ili 48 sati, ponovo je odbijeno. Ponovo idem u korisničku službu da pronađem odgovarajući odgovor za situaciju. Zašto je moja isplata odbijena, ali isti odgovori. I have trying to contact the customer service regarding my withdrawal of $1800 plus $1000 in my wallet. They are keep rejecting my withdrawal every second day and I’m trying to contact my VIP manager. She is not responding at all. I have copies of the email she is not responding all I get every time as my withdrawal is been rejected. No answers has been given when I tried to contact the customer service. They gave me same answers that it can be a glitch. It can be this. I can do the withdraw again, and I put a new request, and after 24 hours or 48 hours, it rejects again I go to customer service again to find an appropriate answer for the situation. Why my withdrawal has been rejected, but same answers. Automated answers are being given that it could be a glitch blah blah, but I am not getting an answer. My money is being held with them from past one week.
