Želeo bih da podnesem žalbu protiv Marathonbet-a u vezi sa nepravednim oduzimanjem mog dobitka.
Evo vremenske linije događaja:
Registrovao sam se i koristio sam svoj Marathonbet nalog normalno.
Uplatio sam kriptovalutu nekoliko puta i kladionica/kazino je prihvatila sve depozite bez ikakvih problema.
Uglavnom sam igrao kazino igre i slotove na veb-sajtu i osvojio približno 155 dolara.
Kada sam zatražio isplatu, Marathonbet je pokrenuo potpuni proces KYC/AML verifikacije.
Dostavio/la sam svu traženu dokumentaciju:
stranice pasoša,
verifikacija identiteta,
snimci ekrana kriptovalutnog novčanika,
istorija transakcija,
dokaz o vlasništvu novčanika.
Tokom verifikacije, Marathonbet me je obavestio da postoji stariji nalog povezan sa mojim ličnim podacima. Međutim, ovaj stari nalog je kreiran pre oko 10 godina. Moj trenutni nalog je bio registrovan na Mbet platformi i iskreno sam verovao da je u pitanju poseban veb-sajt/kompanija jer se platforma i interfejs veoma razlikuju od starog Marathonbet veb-sajta koji sam koristio pre mnogo godina.
Maratonbet me je eksplicitno obavestio da će mi dozvoliti da nastavim da koristim svoj tekući nalog i da će samo stari nalog biti zatvoren. Nakon ove potvrde, nastavili su proces verifikacije i nastavili da tretiraju moj tekući nalog kao važeći.
Međutim, nakon što sam završio sve tražene korake verifikacije, Marathonbet je iznenada promenio svoj stav i obavestio me da:
moj nalog bi bio zatvoren,
i sve opklade/rezultati utakmica bi bili preračunati sa kvotom 1,00.
Kao rezultat toga, moj dobitak je konfiskovan i vraćen mi je samo preostali iznos.
Verujem da je ovo nepravedno jer:
Maratonbet je već pregledao situaciju na nalogu i eksplicitno mi dozvolio da koristim trenutni nalog.
Prihvatili su moje depozite i nastavili da dozvoljavaju igranje nakon ove recenzije.
Konfiskovali su dobitke tek nakon što sam akumulirao profit.
Ako nalog nije bio prihvatljiv, trebalo je da ga zatvore PRE nego što prihvate depozite i počnu sa igranjem.
Imam snimke ekrana i imejlove koji potvrđuju:
proces verifikacije,
njihova poruka koja dozvoljava tekući račun,
i kasniju odluku o konfiskaciji.

I would like to file a complaint against Marathonbet regarding unfair confiscation of my winnings.
Here is the timeline of events:
I registered and used my Marathonbet account normally.
I deposited cryptocurrency several times and the bookmaker/casino accepted all deposits without any issues.
I mainly played casino games and slots on the website and accumulated approximately $155 in winnings.
When I requested a withdrawal, Marathonbet started a full KYC/AML verification process.
I provided all requested documents:
passport pages,
identity verification,
cryptocurrency wallet screenshots,
transaction history,
proof of wallet ownership.
During verification, Marathonbet informed me that there was an older account connected to my personal data. However, this old account was created around 10 years ago. My current account was registered on the Mbet platform, and I genuinely believed it was a separate website/company because the platform and interface are very different from the old Marathonbet website I used many years ago.
Marathonbet explicitly informed me that they would allow me to continue using my current account and that only the old account would be closed. After this confirmation, they continued the verification process and continued treating my current account as valid.
However, after I completed all requested verification steps, Marathonbet suddenly changed their position and informed me that:
my account would be closed,
and all bets/game results would be recalculated with odds 1.00.
As a result, my winnings were confiscated and only the remaining balance was returned.
I believe this is unfair because:
Marathonbet already reviewed the account situation and explicitly allowed me to use the current account.
They accepted my deposits and continued allowing gameplay after this review.
They only confiscated winnings after I accumulated profit.
If the account was not acceptable, they should have closed it BEFORE accepting deposits and gameplay.
I have screenshots and emails confirming:
the verification process,
their message allowing the current account,
and the later confiscation decision.
I kindly ask Casino Guru to review this case.
