Dragi guru kazina / AskGamblers timu,
Podnosim žalbu protiv kompanije Megapari u vezi sa višestrukim problemima sa isplatama i generičkim odgovorima njihove korisničke podrške.
ID mog naloga je 1550429077. Moj nalog je potpuno verifikovan.
Trenutno imam tri zahteva za povlačenje sredstava koja nisu uplaćena na moj bankovni račun, u ukupnom iznosu od 650 CAD:
30. april 2026: Zahtev za povlačenje br. 4786314803 za 200,00 CAD
30. april 2026: Zahtev za povlačenje br. 4786569909 za 250,00 CAD
1. maj 2026: Zahtev za povlačenje br. 4786678053 za 200,00 CAD
Obavešten sam da su dva zahteva od 30. aprila „odobrena", ali još uvek nisam primio nikakva sredstva na svoj bankovni račun. Zahtev od 1. maja izgleda da je blokiran ili zaglavljen na čekanju.
Kad god kontaktiram korisničku podršku, ne pružaju nikakvo pravo objašnjenje niti informacije za praćenje. Šalju samo generičke odgovore tražeći od mene da budem strpljiv i sačekam. Rečeno mi je da sačekam do danas, ali mog novca i dalje nema.
Priložio/la sam snimak ekrana moje stranice za upravljanje nalogom koja prikazuje moj ID naloga i tačne brojeve transakcija, kao i snimke ekrana moje komunikacije sa podrškom.
Ljubazno molim za vašu pomoć u istrazi ovog pitanja i prisiljavanju kompanije Megapari da odmah obradi i izvrši moje uplate.

Delayed and missing withdrawals (Total: 650 CAD)

Dear Casino Guru / AskGamblers Team,
I am filing a complaint against Megapari regarding multiple withdrawal issues and generic responses from their customer support.
My account ID is 1550429077. My account is fully verified.
I currently have three withdrawal requests that have not been credited to my bank account, totaling 650 CAD:
April 30, 2026: Withdrawal request No 4786314803 for 200.00 CAD
April 30, 2026: Withdrawal request No 4786569909 for 250.00 CAD
May 1, 2026: Withdrawal request No 4786678053 for 200.00 CAD
I was informed that the two requests from April 30 were "approved", but I have still not received any funds in my bank account. The request from May 1 appears to be blocked or stuck in pending.
Whenever I contact customer support, they do not provide any real explanation or tracking information. They only send generic responses asking me to be patient and wait. I was told to wait until today, but my money is still missing.
I have attached a screenshot of my account management page showing my account ID and the exact transaction numbers, as well as screenshots of my communications with support.
I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter and forcing Megapari to process and release my payments immediately.
