Ovaj kazino je užasan. Ispostavilo se da sam u petak, 23., uplatio 100 evra putem bankovnog transfera. Prema njihovim rečima, to je odmah, a tri dana kasnije, još uvek nije stiglo do kazina. Traže dokaz o naplati sa mog bankovnog računa, a ja ga šaljem zajedno sa dokazom o transferu. Već su to tražili svaki put kada se prijavim na čet ili pišem podršci.
Onda napravim bizum od 100€ koji je takođe odmah i ni on ne stigne, a šaljem i račune, ali je džabe.
Danas, 26., izvršio sam SEPA transfer od 500 evra koji još uvek nije stigao, i dešava se ista stvar kao i uvek: traže dokaz o svemu, i ja im ponovo šaljem, ali oni ne uplaćuju moj novac u kazino i kažu mi da moram da čekam, i stoga imam 700 evra koji čekaju da stignu u kazino, i ne mogu da igram.
U drugim kazinima sa istim metodama depozita, novac stiže odmah, a ako slučajno ne stigne, vratiće vam sve što ste uplatili, pošto je jasno pokazano da je novac uplaćen na moj bankovni račun.

Lo de este casino es lamentable. Resulta que el viernes dia 23 hago un deposito de 100 € por transferencia Sepa que segun ellos es inmediata y despues de 3 dias todavia no ha llegado al casino. Me piden justificante del cargo en mi cuenta bancaria y lo mando asi como el justificante de la transferencia. Ya me lo han pedido cada vez que entro en el chat o cada vez que escribo al soporte.
Despues hago un bizum de 100 € que tambien es inmediato y tampoco llega y tambien mando justificantes pero es para nada.
Hoy dia 26 hago una transferencia SEPA de 500 € que tampoco ha llegado y pasa lo mismo de siempre: te piden justificantes de todo y vuelvo a enviarlos pero a mi no me acreditan mi dinero en el casino y me dicen que hay que esperar y por lo tanto tengo 700 € pendientes de llegar al casino y no puedo jugar.
En otros casinos con los mismos metodos de depositos el dinero llega al momento y si por casualidad no llega, ellos te acreditan todo lo que has depositado ya que se ha demostrado sobradamente que el dinero esta cargado en mi banco.
El chat es de vergúenza total, siempre hacen lo mismo, pedir y pedir documentos y nunca me han solucionado nada,¿ para que quieren un chat de atencion al cliente si son incapaces de solucionar nada?
Una vez enviados los documentos te dicen que los vuelva a enviar al soporte y el soporte contesta cada 24 o 48 horas. INCREIBLE.....
La verdad es que llevo 15 o 20 dias jugando en este casino y todos son problemas y juego para divertirme y resulta que lo unico que hago en este mal casino es pasarlo fatal.
