1⃣ Od kada traje proces verifikacije?
Proces verifikacije je u toku od 22. februara 2025. Prvo sam podneo svoja dokumenta 22. februara 2025. i od tada su mi više puta traženi isti dokumenti.
2⃣ Koji dokumenti su već odobreni, a koji nisu?
✔ Dokumenti poslati i (verovatno) odobreni:
Aadhaar kartica (napred i pozadi)
PAN kartica i držanje PAN kartice
E-Aadhaar (vladina preuzeta, zaštićena lozinkom)
❌ Dokumenti koje stalno traže (bez odobrenja ili odbijanja):
Snimci ekrana dokaza Astropai depozita (dostavljeno više puta)
Potvrde o transakcijama od Cripto & Astropai (dostavljene više puta)
Potvrda o kupovini preprodavca za Astropai Pai (dostavljena više puta)
Snimci ekrana istorije transakcija sa Astropai-a (nemoguće je dostaviti pošto sam kupio pripejd vaučer i nemam Astropai nalog)
3⃣ Kada sam poslednji put razgovarao sa kazinom i o čemu se radi?
Poslednja komunikacija sa Megaparijem bila je 26. februara 2025. Ponovo su tražili dokaz o depozitu, uprkos mojim prethodnim podnescima. Kada sam ih zamolio da se jasno izjasne
ono što je nedostajalo, odgovorili su generičkim odgovorima i nisu dali nikakvo pojašnjenje.
Dodatne tačke na koje treba obratiti pažnju:
Njihov tim za podršku ignoriše direktna pitanja i šalje automatizovane odgovore.
Tražim pomoć od Casino Gurua da se Megapari smatra odgovornim za ove nepoštene prakse i da se osigura da odmah završi moju verifikaciju.

1️⃣ Since when has the verification process been ongoing?
The verification process has been ongoing since 22 feb 2025. I initially submitted my documents on 22 feb 2025, and since then, I have been repeatedly asked for the same documents multiple times.
2️⃣ Which documents have already been approved, and which ones have not?

Aadhaar Card (Front & Back)
PAN Card & Holding PAN Card
E-Aadhaar (Government Downloaded, Password Protected)
❌ Documents They Keep Asking For (Without Approval or Rejection):
Screenshots of Astropay deposit proof (Provided multiple times)
Transaction receipts from Crypto & Astropay (Provided multiple times)
Reseller purchase confirmation for Astropay Pay (Provided multiple times)
Screenshots of transaction history from Astropay (Impossible to provide as I purchased a prepaid voucher and do not have an Astropay account)
3️⃣ When was the last time I spoke to the casino, and what was it about?
The last communication with Megapari was on 26 feb 2025. They again requested deposit proof, despite my previous submissions. When I asked them to clearly state
what was missing, they replied with generic responses and failed to provide any clarification.
Additional Points to Note:
Their support team ignores direct questions and sends automated responses.
I am requesting Casino Guru’s assistance in holding Megapari accountable for these unfair practices and ensuring they complete my verification immediately.
