Hvala vam što ste nam skrenuli pažnju na ovaj slučaj. Veoma ozbiljno shvatamo pitanja odgovornog kockanja i želeli bismo da pružimo pojašnjenja u vezi sa vremenskim okvirom i merama koje je preduzeo naš tim.
Pre svega, želeli bismo da naglasimo da zahtevi za samoisključivanje naloga moraju da prate određene procedure verifikacije koje zahtevaju naše politike usklađenosti i obaveze licenciranja. Ove procedure su osmišljene da osiguraju da takve zahteve podnosi legitimni vlasnik naloga i da spreče neovlašćene treće strane da blokiraju ili manipulišu korisničkim nalozima.
Kada je igrač prvobitno kontaktirao naš tim za podršku sa zahtevom za zatvaranje naloga, potreban proces verifikacije još nije bio završen . Iz tog razloga, naš tim je zatražio dodatnu dokumentaciju kako bi potvrdio vlasništvo nad nalogom pre nego što je nastavio sa zahtevom za samoisključenje.
Kao što je navedeno u našim Uslovima i odredbama u odeljku „Samoisključenje", tačka 4:
„Megapari nudi opciju samoograničavanja koja vam omogućava da zatvorite svoj nalog na određeni vremenski period: nedelju, mesec, 6 meseci, godinu dana. Vaš nalog će biti blokiran tek nakon što bude potpuno verifikovan. Imajte na umu da uz prijavu morate priložiti fotografiju svoje lične karte/pasoša za samoograničavanje. Ako aktivirate ovu funkciju, nećete moći da se kockate u Megapariju."
Zbog ovih zahteva, nažalost nismo u mogućnosti da blokiramo nalog dok se identitet podnosioca zahteva ne potvrdi validnom dokumentacijom. Ovo je neophodno kako bi se poštovala pravila licenciranja i kako bi se osiguralo da se ograničenja naloga primenjuju samo na zahtev verifikovanog vlasnika naloga.
Nakon što je igrač dostavio potrebna identifikaciona dokumenta i potvrdio vlasništvo nad nalogom, proces verifikacije je uspešno završen.
Dana 08. marta 2026. godine, naš tim je primio kompletan zahtev zajedno sa potrebnom dokumentacijom koja potvrđuje identitet igrača. Nakon toga, zahtev je prosleđen nadležnom odeljenju kako bi se obradilo samoisključenje u skladu sa našim internim procedurama.
Račun je uspešno zatvoren 10. marta 2026. godine.
Ovo vreme obrade je u okviru standardnog internog vremenskog okvira od do tri dana nakon prijema potpuno verifikovanog zahteva za samoisključenje.
Da sumiramo redosled događaja:
• Zahtev u početku nije mogao biti obrađen jer potrebna verifikacija još nije bila završena.
• Naš tim je zatražio identifikaciona dokumenta kako bi potvrdio vlasništvo nad nalogom.
• Igrač je kasnije dostavio potrebnu dokumentaciju i verifikacija naloga je završena.
• Kompletan zahtev za samoisključenje je primljen 8. marta 2026. godine.
• Račun je zatvoren 10. marta 2026. godine, u okviru važećeg roka za obradu.
Takođe bismo želeli da naglasimo da je nalog sada trajno zatvoren u skladu sa zahtevom igrača.
Megapari ostaje u potpunosti posvećen principima odgovornog kockanja i uvek težimo da pažljivo obrađujemo takve zahteve, uz osiguravanje da se poštuju sve neophodne procedure verifikacije.

Thank you for bringing this case to our attention. We take Responsible Gambling matters very seriously and would like to provide clarification regarding the timeline and actions taken by our team.
First of all, we would like to emphasize that account self-exclusion requests must follow certain verification procedures required by our compliance policies and licensing obligations. These procedures are designed to ensure that such requests are submitted by the legitimate account owner and to prevent unauthorized third parties from blocking or manipulating user accounts.
When the player initially contacted our support team with a request to close the account, the required verification process had not yet been completed. For this reason, our team requested additional documentation in order to confirm account ownership before proceeding with the self-exclusion request.
As stated in our Terms and Conditions under the "Self-Exclusion" section, point 4:
"Megapari offers a self-restricting option which allows you to close your account for a certain period of time: a week, a month, 6 months, a year. Your account will be blocked only after it has been fully verified. Be kindly advised that a photo of your ID/Passport must be attached to your application to self-restrict. If you activate this feature you will be unable to gamble at Megapari."
Because of these requirements, we are unfortunately not able to block an account until the identity of the requester has been confirmed with valid documentation. This is necessary to comply with licensing rules and to ensure that account restrictions are applied only at the request of the verified account holder.
Once the player provided the required identification documents and the account ownership was confirmed, the verification process was completed successfully.
On 08 March 2026, our team received the complete request together with the necessary documentation confirming the player’s identity. After this point, the request was forwarded to the appropriate department in order to process the self-exclusion according to our internal procedures.
The account was successfully closed on 10 March 2026.
This processing time falls within the standard internal timeframe of up to three days after receiving a fully verified self-exclusion request.
To summarize the sequence of events:
• Initially the request could not be processed because the required verification had not yet been completed.
• Our team requested identification documents in order to confirm account ownership.
• The player later provided the required documentation and the account verification was completed.
• The complete self-exclusion request was received on 08 March 2026.
• The account was closed on 10 March 2026, within the applicable processing timeframe.
We would also like to emphasize that the account has now been permanently closed in accordance with the player’s request.
