Pišem vam da bih se formalno žalio na zaključenje moje žalbe. Okarakterisali ste ovo kao „spor oko bonusa", ali verujem da je suština problema pogrešno shvaćena. Ne tražim „poklon" ili „besplatan bonus"; prijavljujem predatorsko ponašanje i ozbiljno kršenje Pravila o odgovornom kockanju od strane kompanije Megapari.
Molimo vas da ponovo razmotrite slučaj na osnovu sledećih činjenica, koje prevazilaze standardne politike bonusa:
Predatorsko podsticanje na kockanje: Imam neto gubitak od 173.000 turskih lira i dostigao sam najviši VIP nivo sa 5,1 milion poena lojalnosti. Kada sam se obratio za podršku u vezi sa mojim gubicima, predstavnik kazina mi je eksplicitno rekao: „Ako nastavite da igrate aktivnije, definitivno ćemo vam pomoći." Kršenje etike: Podsticanje igrača koji je već pretrpeo ogromne gubitke da „igra aktivnije" kao uslov za dobijanje pomoći predstavlja direktno kršenje međunarodnih standarda odgovornog kockanja. To je pokušaj da se iskoristi igračeva nevolja i da se on gurne ka još većem finansijskom gubitku.
Obmanjujuće VIP usluge: Kazino koristi oznaku „VIP" kako bi igrači sa visokim ulozima bili aktivni, ali zatim odbija bilo kakav oblik komunikacije ili obećanu podršku, tvrdeći da „VIP menadžeri ne rade vikendom".

I am writing to formally appeal the closure of my complaint. You categorized this as a "bonus dispute," but I believe the core issue has been misunderstood. I am not asking for a "gift" or a "free bonus"; I am reporting predatory behavior and a serious Responsible Gambling violation by Megapari.

Predatory Inducement to Gamble: I have a net loss of 173,000 TRY and have reached the highest VIP level with 5.1 million loyalty points. When I reached out for support regarding my losses, the casino representative explicitly told me: "If you continue to play more actively, we will definitely help you." (See attached screenshot).
Violation of Ethics: Encouraging a player who has already suffered massive losses to "play more actively" as a condition for receiving assistance is a direct violation of international Responsible Gambling standards. It is an attempt to exploit a player's distress and push them further into financial loss.
Misleading VIP Services: The casino uses the "VIP" label to keep high-stakes players active but then refuses any form of communication or promised support, claiming "VIP managers don't work on weekends.
