4. maja 2026. godine, u 23:13, uplatio sam 5.000 THB putem tajlandskog QR koda. Transakcija je bila uspešna kod moje banke, ali sredstva se nikada nisu pojavila na mom kazino računu.
2. Interakcija sa podrškom i zatvaranje naloga:
Nakon što sam čekao više od sat vremena, kontaktirao sam podršku uživo. Agent, „Maks", bio je odbojan i odbio je da mi efikasno pomogne. Dok sam čekao rešenje u vezi sa mojim nestalim novcem, moj nalog je iznenada zatvoren/blokiran bez mog pristanka. Bio sam primoran da napustim sistem, a moji podaci za prijavu više ne rade.

I am reporting a serious issue with Melbet regarding a missing deposit and an unauthorized account block.
1. The Incident:
On May 4, 2026, at 23:13, I deposited 5,000 THB via Thai QR. The transaction was successful on my bank's end, but the funds never appeared in my casino account.
2. Support Interaction & Account Closure:
After waiting for over an hour, I contacted Live Support. The agent, "Max," was dismissive and refused to help effectively. While I was waiting for a resolution regarding my missing money, my account was suddenly closed/blocked without my consent. I was forced out of the system, and my login credentials no longer work.
3. Current Situation:
I have sent multiple emails to license@melbet.com with the payment proof attached, but I am being ignored. The live chat now tells me to wait for an email that never comes. It is unacceptable to block a user's account while they have a pending deposit of 5,000 THB.
Requested Outcome:
I am looking for either the full reinstatement of my account with the 5,000 THB credited, or a direct refund of my 5,000 THB to my bank account.
