Želeo bih da podnesem žalbu protiv Melbeta.
Moj nalog je potpuno verifikovan i trenutno imam stanje na računu od 25.200. Više od 20 dana nisam mogao da podignem svoja sredstva.
Kada otvorim stranicu za isplatu, prikazuje se poruka „Neuspešna autorizacija" i nema dostupnih načina isplate. Međutim, načini uplate su i dalje vidljivi i rade normalno.
Više puta sam kontaktirao podršku kompanije Melbet. Njihov odgovor je bio da njihovi stručnjaci još uvek istražuju problem i da ga još nisu rešili. Nažalost, problem je ostao nerešen i još uvek ne mogu da pristupim svojim sredstvima.
Zbog ovog stalnog problema, već sam podneo žalbu i kompaniji AskGamblers.
Ljubazno molim Casino Guru da mi pomogne u istrazi ovog problema i da mi pomogne u povlačenju sredstava. Mogu da obezbedim snimke ekrana stanja na mom računu, poruku o grešci pri povlačenju i moju komunikaciju sa Melbet podrškom.

I would like to file a complaint against Melbet.
My account is fully verified and I currently have a balance of 25,200 in my account. For more than 20 days I have been unable to withdraw my funds.
When I open the withdrawal page, it shows an "Authorization Failure" message and no withdrawal methods are available. However, deposit methods are still visible and working normally.
I contacted Melbet support multiple times. Their response was that their specialists are still investigating the issue and have not yet resolved the problem. Unfortunately, the issue has remained unresolved and I still cannot access my funds.
Because of this ongoing problem, I have already submitted a complaint to AskGamblers as well.
I kindly ask Casino Guru to help investigate this issue and assist me in withdrawing my balance. I can provide screenshots of my account balance, the withdrawal error message, and my communication with Melbet support.
