Ja sam dugogodišnji kupac koji nikada ranije nije imao problema sa njima.
Čak sam dobio i VIP status!
Međutim, u poslednjih nekoliko nedelja sam uplatio neke depozite i dobio ogroman iznos.
Sve je i dalje bilo u redu i glatko, a isplate su obavljali u skladu sa svojim ograničenjima isplate koja su mi strpljivo objasnili u ćaskanju uživo.
Međutim, u ponedeljak, 12.01.2026. godine, pokušavao sam da se prijavim na svoj nalog i dobio sam sledeću poruku:
Vaš nalog je deaktiviran.
U to vreme sam imao stanje od oko 11 hiljada evra pravog novca, uključujući dva čekanja na isplatu od ukupno 1,5 hiljada evra.
Zato sam napisao imejl timu za podršku koji je smislio sledeći izgovor da ne isplatim:
Zbog prirode otkrivene aktivnosti, sa žaljenjem vas obaveštavamo da je vaš nedavni zahtev za isplatu otkazan i da će vam biti vraćena poslednja dva depozita korišćena za generisanje ove aktivnosti (ukupno 1.000 evra).
Drugim rečima, žele da zadrže 10 hiljada evra od mog stvarnog stanja od 11 hiljada evra, što je jednostavno skandalozno.
Ovaj poseban balans je rezultat čistih depozita pravog novca - bez ikakvih bonusa.
To mora da je neka greška sa njihove strane i zaista se nadam da ćete to moći da mi popravite sa njima.
Pošto ne mogu da se prijavim na svoj nalog, očigledno ne mogu da napravim nikakve trenutne snimke ekrana.
Međutim, napravio sam nekoliko snimaka ekrana 01.03.2026. gde možete videti detalje mog naloga, transakcije i opklade.

I am a longterm customer who had never any issues with them before.
I even got VIP-status!
However, in the last couple of weeks, I made some deposits and got a huge balance out of it.
Everything was still fine and smooth and they wired the withdrawals according to their withdrawal limits which they patiently explained to me in the live-chat.
However, on Monday 12/01/2026, I was trying to log into my account and got the following message:
Your Account Was Deactivated.
At that time I had a balance of about 11k€ real money including two pending withdrawals of 1.5k€ in total.
Hence I wrote an email to support team who came up with the following excuse to not pay out:
Due to the nature of the detected activity, we regret to inform you that your recent withdrawal request has been cancelled and the last two deposits used to generate this activity will be refunded (€1,000 in total).
So in other words they want to keep 10k€ from my 11k€ real balance which is just outrageous.
This particular balance resulted from clean real money deposits - no bonuses of any kind involved.
That has to be some kind of error on their side and I really hope you are able to fix that for me with them.
As I cannot log into my account I obviously cannot make any current screenshots.
