Zaista mi je žao što čujem da kazino i dalje ignoriše i vaše poruke i naše pokušaje da ih kontaktiramo. Nažalost, bez ikakve saradnje sa njihove strane, u ovoj fazi možemo vrlo malo više postići.
S obzirom na potpuni nedostatak odgovora, moraću da označim žalbu kao „nerešenu" u našem sistemu. U potpunosti razumem da ovo nije ishod koji ste očekivali i iskreno mi je žao što nismo uspeli da uspešno rešimo ovaj slučaj.
Međutim, imajte na umu da nerešene žalbe negativno utiču na ocenu kazina, što ponekad može podstaći operatere da preispitaju svoj pristup. Ako kazino Monixbet odluči da odgovori u bilo kom trenutku, odmah ćemo ponovo otvoriti žalbu i bićete obavešteni putem e-pošte.
Sledeći korak bi bio da direktno kontaktirate AOFA ili GCB Gaming Authority.

I’m truly sorry to hear that the casino continues to ignore both your messages and our attempts to reach them. Unfortunately, without any cooperation from their side, there is very little more we can achieve at this stage.
Given the complete lack of response, I will have to mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I fully understand that this is not the outcome you were hoping for, and I am genuinely sorry we could not bring this case to a successful resolution.
However, please note that unresolved complaints negatively affect the casino’s rating, which can sometimes encourage operators to reconsider their approach. If Monixbet Casino decides to respond at any point, we will immediately reopen the complaint, and you will be notified by email.
