Podnosim ovu žalbu u vezi sa MonsterWin-om zbog ozbiljnih kršenja propisa o odgovornom kockanju.
Nakon što sam pretrpeo značajne gubitke, jasno sam izrazio svoju nameru da se samoisključim i prestanem da igram. Umesto da primenim zaštitu odgovornog kockanja, moj dodeljeni VIP menadžer je nastavio da me kontaktira i aktivno me je podsticao na dalje kockanje nudeći bonuse i povraćaj novca.
Uglavnom sam igrao igre u kazinu uživo, tačnije Mega Fire Blaze, i kao rezultat tih praksi izgubio sam skoro 10.000 evra.
Iako je odobren deo povrata novca (približno 1.700 evra), on je bio podložan zahtevu za klađenje od 1 puta, što je i dalje zahtevalo kontinuirano kockanje i stoga nije funkcionisalo kao stvarno ublažavanje gubitka.
Smatram ovo ponašanje krajnje neodgovornim, posebno imajući u vidu da su moji gubici već bili značajni i da sam eksplicitno saopštio svoju želju da prestanem da igram.
Imam kompletne dokaze, uključujući komunikaciju putem e-pošte, VIP poruke u ćaskanju i bankovne izvode koji pokazuju depozite i gubitke.
S poštovanjem molim da se ovaj slučaj preispita i da se razmotri pravična nadoknada zbog toga što kazino nije primenio mere odgovornog kockanja i zbog njihovog kontinuiranog podsticanja igre nakon mog zahteva za samoisključenje.
I am submitting this complaint regarding MonsterWin due to serious responsible gambling violations.
After suffering significant losses, I clearly expressed my intention to self-exclude and stop playing. Instead of applying responsible gambling protections, my assigned VIP manager continued to contact me and actively encouraged further gambling by offering bonuses and cashback.
I mainly played live casino games, specifically Mega Fire Blaze, and as a result of these practices I lost almost €10,000.
Although some cashback was granted (approximately €1,700), it was subject to a 1x wagering requirement, which still required continued gambling and therefore did not function as real loss mitigation.
I consider this behavior highly irresponsible, especially given that my losses were already substantial and that I had explicitly communicated my wish to stop playing.
I have complete evidence including email communications, VIP chat messages, and bank statements showing deposits and losses.
I respectfully request that this case be reviewed and that fair compensation be considered due to the casino’s failure to apply responsible gambling measures and their continued encouragement of play after my self-exclusion request.
