Dana 09.06.2026. godine, uplatio sam 196 AZN putem Kapital Bank. Sredstva su uspešno skinuta sa mog bankovnog računa (RRN: 615712331915), ali nikada nisu uplaćena na moj saldo u igri. Ključno je da je 13.06.2026. godine zvanična Telegram podrška Mostbeta eksplicitno pismeno potvrdila: „Jasno vidim vaš zahtev u iznosu od 196 MANAT u našem internom sistemu." Uprkos tome, Mostbet sada tvrdi da nikada nisu primili novac i odbija da uplati novac na moj račun ili da pruži ID za praćenje. Priložio sam bankovnu potvrdu i snimak ekrana njihovog sopstvenog priznanja.

On 09.06.2026, I deposited 196 AZN via Kapital Bank. The funds were successfully debited from my bank account (RRN: 615712331915), but were never credited to my game balance. Crucially, on 13.06.2026, Mostbet's official Telegram support explicitly confirmed in writing: "I see your request in the amount of 196 MANAT in our internal system quite clearly." Despite this, Mostbet now claims they never received the money and refuses to credit my account or provide a tracking ID. I have attached the bank receipt and the screenshot of their own admission.
