Uplatio/la sam 5.000 KZT putem transfera sa kartice na karticu, ali sredstva nisu uplaćena na moj igrački račun. Transakcija je uspešno završena sa moje strane, međutim, stanje na mom Mostbet nalogu je ostalo nepromenjeno.

I made a deposit of 5,000 KZT via a card-to-card transfer, but the funds have not been credited to my gaming account. The transaction was completed successfully from my side, however the balance in my Mostbet account remains unchanged.
I have already contacted the casino support, but the issue has not been resolved yet. I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter and helping me recover or credit my deposit.
