Zaboravljene isplate – Posebna žalba protiv MostBet-a

Želeo bih da podnesem novu žalbu u vezi sa posebnim pitanjem koje je nenamerno izostavljeno iz moje prethodne žalbe protiv MostBet-a.
Ranije mi je Casino Guru pomogao sa mojom žalbom u vezi sa 8 nestalih isplata u ukupnom iznosu od 17.345 egipatskih funti. Tokom tog slučaja, MostBet je više puta zahtevao zvanični overeni dokument od mog provajdera mobilnog novčanika kojim se dokazuje da novac nije primljen.
Nakon opsežne komunikacije sa dobavljačem novčanika, postalo je jasno da takav dokument jednostavno ne postoji i da se ne može izdati. Uprkos tome, MostBet je nastavio da insistira na njegovom zahtevanju umesto da sprovede odgovarajuće praćenje plaćanja.
Na kraju, MostBet je rešio tu žalbu vraćanjem spornih sredstava na moj igrački račun, a da ja nikada nisam dostavio taj dokument, dokazujući da traženi dokument nikada nije bio zapravo neophodan za rešavanje slučaja.
Nažalost, sada sam otkrio još jedan poseban slučaj koji je nenamerno zaboravljen tokom prethodne žalbe.
Nerešena povlačenja su:

Unutar mog MostBet naloga, sva tri isplate su označene kao Plaćene, ali nikada nisam primio nijedan od tih sredstava.
Kada sam kontaktirao MostBet u vezi sa ovim isplatama, ponovo su me zamolili da dostavim isti nepostojeći dokument od mog dobavljača novčanika, uprkos tome što je prethodna žalba već dokazala da je ovaj zahtev nemoguće ispuniti.
Prošlo je više od dva meseca bez ikakvog rešenja.
S poštovanjem molim Casino Guru da istraži ovaj zaboravljeni slučaj i pomogne mi da dobijem bilo šta od:
- uspešna isplata ovih povlačenja, ili
- povraćaj sredstava na moj MostBet račun.

Forgotten Withdrawals – Separate Complaint Against MostBet
Dear Casino Guru Team,
I would like to submit a new complaint regarding a separate issue that was unintentionally left out of my previous complaint against MostBet.
Previously, Casino Guru helped me with my complaint concerning 8 missing withdrawals totaling 17,345 EGP. During that case, MostBet repeatedly demanded an official stamped document from my mobile wallet provider proving that the money had not been received.
After extensive communication with the wallet provider, it became clear that such a document simply does not exist and cannot be issued. Despite that, MostBet continued insisting on requesting it instead of conducting a proper payment trace.
Eventually, MostBet resolved that complaint by returning the disputed funds to my gaming balance without me ever providing that document, proving that the requested document was never actually necessary to resolve the case.
Unfortunately, I have now discovered another separate case that was unintentionally forgotten during the previous complaint.
The unresolved withdrawals are:

Inside my MostBet account, all three withdrawals are marked as Paid, yet I never received any of these funds.
When I contacted MostBet regarding these withdrawals, I was once again asked to provide the same non-existent document from my wallet provider, despite the previous complaint already proving that this requirement is impossible to fulfill.
More than two months have now passed without any resolution.
I respectfully ask Casino Guru to investigate this forgotten case and assist me in obtaining either:
- successful payment of these withdrawals, or
- the return of the funds to my MostBet account.
