- i fotografiju rukom pisane poruke, koja nažalost ne dokazuje nikakvu uplatu.
Nijedan od ovih dokumenata ne može se koristiti kao validan dokaz o finansijskoj transakciji.
Da bih nastavio, potrebno mi je da znam tačno koje dokaze smatrate da ste već dostavili, jer u ovom trenutku nisam primio nikakav dokument kojim se potvrđuje da je 60 dolara napustilo vaš bankovni račun i da vam nije vraćeno.
Kao što je ranije pomenuto, ne možemo delovati na osnovu principa „reko sam vam".
Možemo delovati samo na osnovu proverljivih dokaza — ovo je isto pravilo za svaku žalbu i svakog igrača.

You wrote that you "proved" the transaction, but the only materials I have received from you so far are:
- one selfie,
- one screenshot that does not show a casino transaction,
- and a photo of a handwritten note, which unfortunately does not prove any payment.
None of these documents can be used as valid proof of a financial transaction.
To proceed, I need to know exactly which evidence you believe you have already provided, because at this time, I have not received any document confirming that the $60 left your bank account and was not refunded.
As mentioned earlier, we cannot operate on the basis of "I told you so".
We can only act based on verifiable evidence — this is the same rule for every complaint and every player.
For the last time, I kindly ask you to provide:
- a bank statement covering the date of the payment and the days after, showing whether the $60 was debited and whether it was returned or not.
Without this, we cannot continue your complaint, as the proof you sent so far is incomplete and does not verify the payment.
