Da, korisnik jeste otpremio isti dokument koji je podeljen sa vama — sertifikat gde je adresa zaista vidljiva. Međutim, nažalost, ova datoteka izgleda kao snimak ekrana, a prema našim zahtevima za verifikaciju, možemo da prihvatimo samo originalne dokumente (PDF ili foto format) za potrebe verifikacije adrese.
Pre registracije, korisnik je prihvatio naše Uslove korišćenja. U skladu sa odeljkom 3.3.3 naših pravila, od korisnika je zatraženo da završi verifikaciju naloga. U ovoj fazi čekamo samo važeći dokaz o adresi.
Prethodni dokumenti koje je korisnik podneo više puta su odbijeni zbog nepoštovanja naših zahteva. Konkretno, neki dokumenti su bili stariji od 3 meseca od datuma izdavanja, neki su bili računi o kupovini, drugima je ili potpuno nedostajala adresa ili je prikazivana adresa koja se nije podudarala sa onom registrovanom u profilu korisnika. Pored toga, nekoliko otpremljenih datoteka bili su snimci ekrana, a ne originalne datoteke.
Ljubazno molimo korisnika da otpremi dokument u originalnom formatu kako bismo mogli da završimo proces verifikacije. Takođe bismo želeli da napomenemo da je korisnik prethodno naznačio želju da promeni registrovanu adresu — ako je to i dalje slučaj, biće potrebno da prođe GDPR proceduru.

Yes, the user did upload the same document that was shared with you — the certificate where the address is indeed visible. However, unfortunately, this file appears to be a screenshot, and as per our verification requirements, we can only accept original documents (PDF or photo format) for address verification purposes.
Before registering, the user accepted our Terms and Conditions. In accordance with section 3.3.3 of our rules, the user was requested to complete account verification. At this stage, we are only awaiting valid proof of address.
Previous documents submitted by the user were repeatedly rejected due to non-compliance with our requirements. Specifically, some documents were older than 3 months from the issue date, some were purchase receipts, others either lacked the address entirely or displayed an address that did not match the one registered in the user's profile. Additionally, several of the uploads were screenshots rather than original files.
We kindly ask the user to upload the document in its original format so we can complete the verification process. We would also like to note that the user had previously indicated a wish to change the registered address — if this is still the case, they will be required to undergo the GDPR procedure.
