Pišem vam da bih zvanično podneo žalbu u vezi sa mojim tekućim i nerešenim pokušajem povlačenja sredstava sa Mr.Bet-a.
Uprkos potpunom poštovanju svih zahteva za povlačenje i verifikaciju, moje povlačenje je više puta odlagano i efikasno blokirano zbog postupaka agenata za podršku i verifikaciju kazina. Podneo sam svaki dokument tačno onako kako je traženo, više puta, ali ti dokumenti su odbijeni bez valjanog obrazloženja. U nekoliko slučajeva, podneti dokumenti su bili upravo ono što su mi sami agenti naložili da otpremim.
Komunikacija predstavnika kazina bila je nedosledna, nejasna i očigledno nekompetentna. Različiti agenti pružaju suprotstavljene informacije, menjaju zahteve bez objašnjenja i odbijaju dokumenta bez navođenja bilo kakvih legitimnih nedostataka. To je rezultiralo nerazumnim i produženim procesom koji izgleda kao da je osmišljen da osujeti ili spreči legitimno povlačenje sredstava, umesto da zaista potvrdi moj identitet.
Više puta sam u dobroj veri pokušavao da rešim ovo pitanje direktno sa kazinom, ali ti pokušaji su bili neuspešni. Odbijanje da se prihvati validna dokumentacija i kontinuirano opstruiranje mog povlačenja sredstava izazivaju ozbiljnu zabrinutost u vezi sa fer tretmanom, transparentnošću i poštovanjem standarda odgovornog igranja i zaštite potrošača.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my ongoing and unresolved attempt to withdraw funds from Mr.Bet.
Despite fully complying with all withdrawal and verification requirements, my withdrawal has been repeatedly delayed and effectively blocked due to the actions of the casino’s support and verification agents. I have submitted every document exactly as requested, multiple times, yet these documents have been rejected without valid justification. In several instances, the documents submitted were precisely what the agents themselves instructed me to upload.
The communication from the casino’s representatives has been inconsistent, unclear, and demonstrably incompetent. Different agents provide conflicting information, change requirements without explanation, and reject documents without specifying any legitimate deficiencies. This has resulted in an unreasonable and prolonged process that appears designed to frustrate or prevent a legitimate withdrawal rather than to genuinely verify my identity.
I have made repeated good-faith efforts to resolve this matter directly with the casino, but these attempts have been unsuccessful. The refusal to accept valid documentation and the continued obstruction of my withdrawal raise serious concerns regarding fair treatment, transparency, and compliance with responsible gaming and consumer protection standards.
