Podnosim žalbu u vezi sa neisplaćenim i nedostajućim sredstvima na mom nalogu gospodina Slotija. Uprkos višestrukim pokušajima da se problem reši sa korisničkom podrškom, stvar ostaje nerešena.
Kazino mi trenutno duguje ukupno 9.768 funti. Problem se odnosi na otkazane isplate koje nikada nisu vraćene u moj novčanik kazina i zahtev za isplatu koji nije obrađen.
Detalji problema:
• 4.342 funte – Isplata otkazana 23. oktobra. Sredstva nikada nisu vraćena u moj kazino novčanik.
• 3.455 funti – Isplata otkazana 24. oktobra. Sredstva nikada nisu vraćena u moj kazino novčanik.
• 1.971 funti – Zahtev za povlačenje sredstava podnet 22. januara, ali novac nije obrađen niti isplaćen.
Kontaktirao sam tim za podršku kazina nekoliko puta, ali nisam dobio nikakvo zadovoljavajuće objašnjenje ili rešenje. Moja sredstva nisu ni isplaćena niti vraćena na stanje na mom računu.
Verujem da operater zadržava legitimna sredstva igrača i ne uspeva pravilno da obrađuje isplate ili vraća iznose otkazanih isplata.
Tražim pomoć od Casino Guru-a da istraži ovaj slučaj i pomogne u rešavanju spora kako bi mi se preostali iznos od 9.768 funti vratio na moj račun ili isplatio u celosti.
Kao dokaz mogu da pružim snimke ekrana moje istorije povlačenja, stanja na računu i svu komunikaciju sa kazinom.

I am submitting a complaint regarding unpaid and missing funds on my Mr Sloty account. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue with customer support, the matter remains unresolved.
The casino currently owes me a total of £9,768. The issue involves cancelled withdrawals that were never returned to my casino wallet and a withdrawal request that has not been processed.
Details of the issue:
• £4,342 – Withdrawal cancelled on 23 October. The funds were never returned to my casino wallet.
• £3,455 – Withdrawal cancelled on 24 October. The funds were never returned to my casino wallet.
• £1,971 – Withdrawal requested on 22 January which has not been processed or paid.
I have contacted the casino support team several times but have not received any satisfactory explanation or resolution. My funds have neither been paid out nor returned to my account balance.
I believe the operator is withholding legitimate player funds and failing to properly process withdrawals or restore cancelled withdrawal amounts.
I am requesting assistance from Casino Guru to investigate this case and help resolve the dispute so that my outstanding balance of £9,768 is either returned to my account wallet or paid out in full.
I can provide screenshots of my withdrawal history, account balance, and all communication with the casino as evidence.
