Dana 19. avgusta 2023. godine, zatražio sam trajno zatvaranje mog MrPacho Casino naloga zbog zavisnosti od kockanja. U svojoj poruci sam jasno naveo: „Molim vas da blokirate moj nalog jer imam problema sa kockanjem."
Uprkos tome, moj nalog je kasnije ponovo otvoren, pa sam čak dobijao i promotivne imejlove i bonus ponude koje su me podsticale da ponovo igram kockanje. Kao direktan rezultat toga, izgubio sam približno 758 evra.
