Više puta sam vas zamolio da nam dostavite dokaz da je plaćanje putem Paysafecard-a zaista obrađeno.
Pošto ste karticu kupili u fizičkoj prodavnici i kasnije je dodali u svoju Paysafecard aplikaciju, u aplikaciji bi trebalo da bude dostupan dokument koji potvrđuje transakciju.
Trebalo bi da možete da ga direktno preuzmete ili da ga zatražite od podrške za Paysafecard.
Nažalost, pošto nije postignut nikakav napredak sa vaše strane u poslednjih nekoliko nedelja, moram da zatvorim ovu žalbu kao odbijenu.
Ako u budućnosti dobijete takav dokument, slobodno zahtevajte da se ova žalba ponovo otvori.
Zbog gore navedenih razloga, sada ćemo odbaciti ovu žalbu. Hvala vam na razumevanju. Iskreno mi je žao što nismo bili u mogućnosti da vam efikasnije pomognemo u ovoj konkretnoj situaciji, jer uvek težimo da pomognemo igračima da reše svoje probleme kad god je to moguće.

I have asked you multiple times to provide us with evidence that the Paysafecard payment was indeed processed.
Since you purchased the card in a physical store and later added it to your Paysafecard app, there should be a document available in the app confirming the transaction.
You should either be able to download it directly or request it from Paysafecard support.
Unfortunately, as no progress has been made on your side in recent weeks, I have to close this complaint as rejected.
If you obtain such a document in the future, please feel free to request this complaint to be reopened.
