1. Da li sam ikada zahtevao samoisključenje sa MyStake-a dok sam pominjao problem sa kockanjem?
Da. Jasno sam obavestio kazino da sam problematičan kockar.
U martu, ubrzo nakon registracije, rekao sam im da kockanje šteti mom životu i životu moje ćerke. U to vreme, moji neto gubici su bili oko 40.000 evra, i to sam eksplicitno pomenuo u istom razgovoru. Nažalost, nemam snimak ekrana tog razgovora — to je jedan od transkripata koje MyStake odbija da pruži uprkos mom zahtevu za GDPR.
Takođe sam pomenuo svoj problem sa kockanjem tokom nekoliko kasnijih razgovora do 31. maja.
Tek tada je kazino zatvorio moj račun odmah nakon što sam ponovo pokrenuo problem.
Ovo pokazuje dve bitne tačke:
U martu, kada su gubici još uvek bili umereni u odnosu na konačni iznos, nisu reagovali i dozvolili su mesece daljih depozita.
31. maja su konačno reagovali — pokazujući da su tačno znali šta je trebalo da urade ranije.
2. Da li posedujem sve razgovore u kojima se ovo pominje?
Ne. Imam samo razgovore koje sam uspeo da snimim, posebno:
Kompletan razgovor od 29. aprila, gde sam razgovarao o svojim gubicima, finansijskoj situaciji i ograničenjima povlačenja.
Poslednji razgovor od 31. maja, nakon čega je kazino zatvorio nalog.
Međutim, nemam svaki razgovor u kojem sam prijavio svoju zavisnost jer kazino:
briše transkripte i
odbio je da ih pruži u skladu sa Opštom uredbom o zaštiti podataka (GDPR) uprkos višestrukim formalnim zahtevima.
Nedostatak martovskog razgovora je posebno važan, jer dokazuje da je kazino dozvolio mesece dodatnih depozita uprkos ranom upozorenju.
3. Da li je moj nalog sada blokiran?
Da. Zatvoreno je odmah nakon moje poruke od 31. maja, gde sam ponovo pokrenuo svoj problem sa kockanjem.
4. Kada mi je kazino poslednji put dozvolio da uplatim novac?
Račun je zatvoren 31. maja, istog dana.
To znači da su nastavili da odobravaju depozite do poslednjeg trenutka, iako sam više puta signalizirao zavisnost od kockanja.
Redosled je, dakle, sledeći:
Mart → prvo otkrivanje zavisnosti → račun ostaje otvoren → depoziti se nastavljaju
Kraj maja → zavisnost ponovo otkrivena → nalog iznenada zatvoren
Ova nedoslednost snažno ukazuje na to da je MyStake svesno dozvoljavao ranjivu igru mesecima.
B. Limiti proizvoljnog povlačenja
MyStake je više puta blokirao moje pokušaje da povučem velika sredstva (često preko 100.000 evra), zahtevajući fiksne limite od:
7.500 €/nedeljno
15.000 € mesečno
Međutim, 29. aprila su iznenada promenili ova ograničenja u:
30.000 €/nedeljno
50.000 €/mesečno
Takođe sam uspeo da podignem 32.000 evra, što je suprotno prethodno navedenim fiksnim ograničenjima.
Ovo pokazuje da politika povlačenja sredstava nije bila ugovorna, nije bila transparentna i da je primenjivana proizvoljno, što je nespojivo sa standardima odgovornog kockanja i zaštite potrošača.
C. Limiti za povlačenje kriptovaluta nisu bili dosledni
Povlačenja kriptovaluta obično nemaju regulatorna ograničenja.
Ipak, MyStake je i dalje nametao restriktivna ograničenja, bez objašnjenja kriterijuma ili obrazloženja.
D. Bez provera sprečavanja pranja novca ili pristupačnosti
Uplatio sam približno 400.000 evra za manje od četiri meseca, koristeći:
francuska lična karta
francuski IBAN
Viza/Masterkard
kriptovaluta
Uprkos tome, kazino je uradio sledeće:
bez provere izvora sredstava,
nema procene pristupačnosti,
bez perioda hlađenja,
bez ograničenja depozita,
bez intervencije, uprkos višestrukim crvenim zastavicama.
Ovo je izuzetno zabrinjavajuće i sa stanovišta sprečavanja pranja novca i sa stanovišta odgovornog kockanja.
E. Sve transakcije su bile jasno prepoznatljive kao francuske
Uprkos tome što je francuski regulator (ANJ) blokirao MyStake, kazino:
prihvaćeni depoziti sa francuskih bankovnih kartica,
isplaćene isplate na francuski IBAN,
verifikovao moj francuski pasoš.
Ovo pokazuje da su svesno dozvolili pristup iz zabranjene jurisdikcije, a istovremeno nisu primenili mere zaštite za odgovorno kockanje.

1. Did I ever request a self-exclusion from MyStake while mentioning a gambling problem?
Yes. I clearly informed the casino that I was a problem gambler.
In March, shortly after registering, I told them that gambling was harming my life and my daughter’s. At that time, my net losses were around €40,000, and I explicitly mentioned this in the same conversation. Unfortunately, I do not have a screenshot of that chat — it is one of the transcripts MyStake refuses to provide despite my GDPR request.
I also mentioned my gambling problem during several later chats up until 31 May.
Only then did the casino close my account immediately after I raised the issue again.
This demonstrates two essential points:
In March, when losses were still moderate relative to the final amount, they did not act, and allowed months of further deposits.
On 31 May, they finally acted — showing that they knew exactly what they should have done earlier.
2. Do I possess all conversations mentioning this?
No. I only have the conversations that I managed to screenshot, notably:
A full chat from 29 April, where I discussed my losses, my financial situation and the withdrawal limits.
The final chat from 31 May, after which the casino closed the account.
However, I do not have every conversation in which I reported my addiction because the casino:
deletes transcripts, and
refused to provide them under GDPR despite multiple formal requests.
The missing March chat is particularly important, as it proves that the casino allowed months of additional deposits despite an early warning.
3. Is my account blocked now?
Yes. It was closed immediately after my message on 31 May, where I again raised my gambling problem.
4. When was the last time the casino allowed me to deposit?
On 31 May, the same day the account was closed.
This means they continued allowing deposits up to the last minute, even though I had repeatedly signalled a gambling addiction.
The sequence is therefore:
March → first addiction disclosure → account stays open → deposits continue
End of May → addiction disclosed again → account suddenly closed
This inconsistency strongly suggests that MyStake knowingly allowed vulnerable play for months.
B. Arbitrary withdrawal limits
MyStake repeatedly blocked my attempts to withdraw large balances (often over €100,000), claiming fixed limits of:
€7,500/week
€15,000/month
However, on 29 April, they suddenly changed these limits to:
€30,000/week
€50,000/month
I also managed to withdraw €32,000, contradicting the previously stated fixed limits.
This shows the withdrawal policy was not contractual, not transparent and applied arbitrarily, which is incompatible with responsible gambling and consumer protection standards.
C. Crypto withdrawal limits were inconsistent
Crypto withdrawals typically do not have regulatory ceilings.
Yet MyStake still imposed restrictive caps, without explaining the criteria or rationale.
D. No AML or affordability checks
I deposited approximately €400,000 in under four months, using:
a French ID
a French IBAN
Visa/Mastercard
cryptocurrency
Despite this, the casino performed:
no source-of-funds verification,
no affordability assessment,
no cooling-off periods,
no deposit limits,
no intervention, despite multiple red flags.
This is extremely concerning from both AML and responsible gambling perspectives.
E. All transactions were clearly identifiable as French
Despite MyStake being blocked by the French regulator (ANJ), the casino:
accepted deposits from French bank cards,
paid withdrawals to a French IBAN,
verified my French passport.
This shows they knowingly allowed access from a prohibited jurisdiction while simultaneously failing to apply responsible gambling safeguards.
