Moj Mystake.com nalog je zatvoren bez valjanog razloga, a moja sredstva u iznosu od oko 357 evra su zadržana.

Opis problema:
Mystake.com je blokirao moj nalog bez prethodne najave. U početku me je podrška nejasno optužila za „prevarnu aktivnost", ali nije pružila nikakvo objašnjenje ili dokaz.
Kasnije je njihov službenik za usklađenost tvrdio da sam navodno prekršio Član 14 Uslova i odredbi (Prodaja ili prenos potraživanja trećim licima). Kategorički poričem ovu tvrdnju. Nikada nisam prodao, preneo, dodelio ili delegirao bilo kakva prava, potraživanja ili pristup nalogu bilo kojoj trećoj strani.
Uprkos višestrukim pisanim zahtevima, Mystake.com:
nije pružio nikakve dokaze, datume ili činjenični opis navodnog kršenja;
odbio je da objasni kako je Član 14 navodno prekršen;
potpuno je prestao da odgovara na moje imejlove;
nastavlja da mi uskraćuje sredstva bez transparentnog procesa preispitivanja.
Takođe sam pokušao da kontaktiram regulatora Kurasaa, ali zvanične imejl adrese za žalbe nisu bile dostupne, ostavljajući me bez efikasne regulatorne podrške.
U potpunosti sam spreman da sarađujem, pružim objašnjenja i dokažem svoju usklađenost. Međutim, Mystake.com odbija da se uključi u proces pravednog rešavanja sporova.
Šta zahtevam:
Transparentna istraga sa obrazloženjem zasnovanim na dokazima, ili
Oslobađanje mojih zadržanih sredstava (~357 evra).
Podnosim ovu žalbu u dobroj veri i molim Casino Guru da pomogne u posredovanju u ovom sporu.

Description of the issue:
Mystake.com blocked my account without prior notice. Initially, support vaguely accused me of "fraudulent activity" but failed to provide any explanation or evidence.
Later, their Compliance Officer claimed that I allegedly violated Article 14 of the Terms & Conditions (Selling or Transferring Claims to Third Parties). I categorically deny this allegation. I have never sold, transferred, assigned, or delegated any rights, claims, or account access to any third party.
Despite multiple written requests, Mystake.com:
did not provide any evidence, dates, or factual description of the alleged violation;
refused to explain how Article 14 was supposedly breached;
stopped responding to my emails entirely;
continues to withhold my funds without a transparent review process.
I also attempted to contact the Curaçao regulator, but the official complaint email addresses were inaccessible, leaving me without effective regulatory support.
I am fully willing to cooperate, provide explanations, and prove my compliance. However, Mystake.com refuses to engage in a fair dispute resolution process.
What I request:
A transparent investigation with evidence-based reasoning, or
The release of my withheld funds (~357 EUR).
I am submitting this complaint in good faith and ask Casino Guru to assist in mediating this dispute.
