am submitting this complaint to Casino Guru regarding the application of a "10x maximum withdrawal" restriction applied to my winnings after full bonus wagering had already been completed.
The casino applied a bonus-related withdrawal limitation despite wagering being completed and despite multiple bonuses being issued, one of which was cancelled and the other fully wagered.
The disputed winnings were generated only after all wagering requirements had been fully satisfied. At the time the winnings were accumulated, there was no active bonus balance or outstanding wagering obligation remaining on my account. Despite this, the casino later relied on bonus-related terms to restrict or withhold my withdrawal.
I believe this represents a retroactive and unfair application of bonus conditions. At no point was I clearly informed that withdrawal restrictions connected to a completed bonus would continue to apply indefinitely after wagering had been fulfilled and the balance converted into regular playable funds.
I also requested clarification from the casino regarding the exact contractual clause relied upon, evidence showing that the bonus was allegedly still active, and a complete explanation of how the restriction was calculated. However, I have received only vague or inconsistent responses without sufficient supporting evidence.
I also made deposits totalling NZD $500 during this session, which I believe should be taken into account when assessing the legitimacy and calculation of any withdrawal restrictions applied.
