Podnosim žalbu protiv Neon54 u vezi sa ozbiljnim propustom u njihovim praksama odgovornog kockanja.
Zatražio sam da mi se nalog zatvori i nakon što sam morao više puta da kontaktiram i praktično molim podršku da se pozabavi time, moj nalog je konačno zatvoren 2. februara.
Međutim, 26. marta (na moj rođendan), dobio sam više promotivnih imejlova od Neon54 sa ponudom bonusa. Iz radoznalosti sam se vratio na sajt i otkrio da i dalje mogu da se prijavim na svoj nalog i uplatim novac.
Ovo nikada nije trebalo da bude moguće. Ako se nalog zatvori, posebno nakon direktnog zahteva, pristup treba trajno ograničiti, a marketinške komunikacije treba potpuno prestati.
Na kraju sam uplaćivao i gubio novac nakon ovoga, i želim da budem potpuno transparentan da imam problema sa kockanjem. Upravo zato sam uopšte i zahtevao da mi se račun zatvori.
Neon54 nije uspeo da ispuni osnovne standarde odgovornog kockanja tako što je:
