Želeo bih da podnesem žalbu protiv Nine Casino-a u vezi sa odloženim isplatom.
Zatražio/la sam isplatu putem MiFinity-ja i sada je na čekanju već nekoliko dana (preko 7 dana). Pre toga, moji zahtevi za isplatu upućeni Revolut-u su odbijeni bez valjanog objašnjenja.
Od tada sam u stalnom kontaktu sa podrškom kazina, ali dobijam samo generičke odgovore poput „vaš zahtev se razmatra" ili „molimo sačekajte". Nije naveden konkretan razlog ili vremenski okvir.
Već sam podneo/la svu potrebnu dokumentaciju i završio/la proces verifikacije, tako da ne bi trebalo da bude razloga za ovo kašnjenje.
Ova situacija je veoma frustrirajuća i zabrinut sam da li ću uopšte dobiti svoja sredstva.
Ljubazno vas molim da istražite ovaj slučaj i pomognete mi da rešim ovaj problem što je pre moguće.
Mogu da pružim sve potrebne dokaze, uključujući snimke ekrana mog naloga, zahtev za povlačenje sredstava i komunikaciju sa kazinom.

Dear Casino Guru Team,
I would like to file a complaint against Nine Casino regarding a delayed withdrawal.
I requested a withdrawal via MiFinity, and it has now been pending for several days (over 7 days). Before that, my withdrawal requests to Revolut were rejected without a valid explanation.
Since then, I have been in constant contact with the casino support, but I am only receiving generic responses such as "your request is under review" or "please wait". No specific reason or timeframe has been provided.
I have already submitted all required documents and completed the verification process, so there should be no reason for this delay.
This situation is very frustrating, and I am concerned about whether I will receive my funds at all.
I kindly ask you to investigate this case and assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
