Podnosim žalbu u vezi sa mojim nalogom u kazinu Nomini.
14. januara 2026. godine, iznenada nisam mogao da pristupim svom nalogu. Prilikom pokušaja prijavljivanja, dobio sam poruku u kojoj je pisalo da je moj nalog „u pregledu".
Kontaktirao sam korisničku podršku i dobio jedan odgovor kojim se potvrđuje da je moj slučaj prosleđen nadležnom odeljenju. Međutim, nakon tog početnog odgovora, nisam dobio nikakve dalje informacije uprkos ponovnom kontaktiranju.
U vreme kada je moj račun bio ograničen, moj saldo je bio 2160,57 evra.
Važni detalji:
Iskoristio sam bonus od 200 evra, ali sam ispunio sve uslove klađenja bez problema.
Nisam koristio/la VPN niti sam pristupao/la svom nalogu iz različitih zemalja.
Do sada mi nije traženo da dostavim bilo kakva KYC dokumenta, ali sam potpuno spreman da odmah završim verifikaciju.
Od 14. januara nisam dobio nikakvu značajnu komunikaciju od kazina.
Nedostatak komunikacije i neodređeno ograničenje naloga bez objašnjenja je neprihvatljivo, posebno imajući u vidu značajan saldo na mom računu.

Hitno pojašnjenje statusa mog naloga
Mogućnost da se završi svaka potrebna verifikacija (KYC)
Pristup mom nalogu i povlačenje mojih sredstava
Ukoliko postoje bilo kakve zabrinutosti ili sumnje na kršenja, očekujem da budu jasno objašnjene i potkrepljene dokazima.
Potpuno sam sarađujući i spreman sam da rešim ovo pitanje, ali kazino mi nije pružio priliku da to učinim.

On January 14, 2026, I was suddenly unable to access my account. When attempting to log in, I received a message stating that my account is "under review."
I contacted customer support and received one response confirming that my case was forwarded to the relevant department. However, after that initial reply, I have received no further updates despite following up again.
At the time my account was restricted, my balance was €2160.57.
Important details:
I used a €200 bonus, but I completed all wagering requirements without issues.
I have not used VPN or accessed my account from different countries.
I have not been asked to provide any KYC documents so far, but I am fully willing to complete verification immediately.
Since January 14, I have received no meaningful communication from the casino.
The lack of communication and indefinite account restriction without explanation is unacceptable, especially considering the significant balance on my account.

Access to my account and withdrawal of my funds
