Doživljavam stalna i neopravdana kašnjenja u procesu verifikacije u NV kazinu.
Sedam dana sam više puta podnosio sva potrebna dokumenta, uključujući ličnu kartu (koja je odobrena tri puta), dokaz o adresi i verifikaciju kartice. Poslao sam ih na profil mog naloga, a takođe i na njihov imejl.
Uprkos tome, kazino me stalno traži da ponovo podnesem iste dokumente bez ikakvog jasnog objašnjenja.
Kao što vidite na slikama, moj ID je odobren, ali me i dalje traže da ga otpremim i kada sam im rekao da zaustave ovu igru, nisu me pregledali ni treći put kada sam ga poslao.

I am experiencing repeated and unjustified delays in the verification process at NV Casino.
For seven days i have submitted all required documents multiple times, including my ID (which has been approved three times), proof of address, and card verification.i sent them in my account profile and also in their email.
Despite this, the casino keeps asking me to resubmit the same documents without any clear explanation.
As you can see in the pictures,my id has been approved,but they still asking me to upload it and when i told them to stop this game ,they don't examine the third time i've sent it.
My withdrawal has now been rejected twice due to "verification issues", even though my documents have already been approved.
This behavior appears to be a deliberate delay tactic to avoid processing my withdrawal.
I am requesting immediate completion of verification and payment of my withdrawal.
