Zdravo, imam problem sa NV kazinom, verujem da su me prevarili. Napravio sam svoj prvi nalog u ovom kazinu. Ukupan depozit je bio 200€, tako da nije veliki novac, a osvojio sam ukupno 600€. Moj nalog je bio u potpunosti odobren putem KYC-a i problemi su počeli kada sam pokušao da podignem novac. Prvo sam dobio imejl da je moja uplata otkazana i da treba da se prijavim da vidim zašto. U isto vreme su mi blokirali nalog, a na ćaskanju su rekli da su ga blokirali zbog višestrukih naloga ili korišćenja javne mreže(!), što znači da kada sam prolazio pored tržnog centra ili sam bio u lokalnom kazinu i moj telefon je bio povezan na WiFi, to je dovoljan razlog da mi uzmu novac. Ne slažem se sa tim. Nikada nisam imao drugi nalog u NV kazinu, ne postoji nalog sa mojim imenom, prezimenom, brojem kreditne kartice, imejlom ili bilo čim drugim. Pošto su mi blokirali nalog kao dokaz, imam samo imejlove na poljskom jeziku. (Ja sam Poljak koji živi u Irskoj). Hvala što ste pogledali moj slučaj!
Hello, I have a issue with nv casino, what I belive I was scammed by them. I created my first account on this casino. Deposit total 200€ so its not a big money and won total a 600€. My account was fully KYC approved and problems started when I tried take out my money, first I got e-mail that my payment was cancelled and I should log in to see why. In the same time they blocked my account and on the chat they said they blocked it for multi accounting or using public network(!) so thats mean when I was passing shopping center or I was in my local casino and my phone logged in to the WiFi its enough reason to take my money. I dont agree on that. I never had any other account on nv casino, there is no account with my name, surname, credit card number e-mail or anything. Because they blocked my account as a proof I have only emails in polish language. (Im polish living in ireland). Thanks for looking at my case!
