Naš tim za bezbednost je pažljivo pregledao slučaj. Odluka o blokiranju ovog naloga je konačna i doneta je u skladu sa našim internim procedurama i korisničkim ugovorom.
Takođe želimo da napomenemo da je igrač više puta kontaktirao naš tim za podršku u vezi sa ovim pitanjem i u svakom slučaju je dato detaljno objašnjenje.

On June 19, 2025, we sent the player an official email informing them that their account was permanently closed due to a violation of our Terms of Service - specifically, Clause 1.6.1(d), which prohibits the use of multiple accounts (multi-accounting).

1.6.1. We may, at our absolute discretion and at any time, restrict your access to the Services and/or temporarily suspend, or permanently terminate, your account without cause and for any reason, including but not limited to if:
(d) we suspect that you are acting in a manner which may create a legal liability for you, us, or third parties, or which may be detrimental to the conduct of our business generally, including but not limited to:
a Client has multiple accounts registered on our Website (multiple registrations, multi-accounting);
Please be advised that we allow only one active account per person.
The case was reviewed carefully by our security team. The decision to block this account is final and was made in accordance with our internal procedures and user agreement.
We also want to note that the player have contacted our support team multiple times regarding this matter, and in each instance, a detailed explanation was provided.
