1. Da li su vaše ostale isplate iz kazina bile uspešne?
Da, imao sam uspešna povlačenja u prošlosti. Međutim, ovog puta su zadržali veliki iznos (₹41,700 INR) tokom više od 105 dana (od 10. oktobra 2025. godine).
2. Da li je od vas zatraženo da dostavite neka dokumenta?
Da. Više puta sam poslao/la izvod sa bankovnog računa (PDF) njihovom timu za podršku, jasno pokazujući da novac NIJE primljen između oktobra 2025. i januara 2026. godine. Potvrdili su prijem, ali i dalje odbijaju da obrade povraćaj novca.
3. Kada ste poslednji put bili u kontaktu sa kazinom?
Kontaktirao sam ih juče (21. januara 2026). Kao i obično, dali su mi skriptovani odgovor u kojem su pisalo „Čekajte još" i „Sredstva su bezbedna", ali su odbili da daju datum.
4. Komunikacija i dokazi:
Uz ovu e-poštu sam priložio sledeće snimke ekrana:
Snimak ekrana 1: Čet u kojem su obećali da će mi novac stići „danas" (lažno obećanje).
Snimak ekrana 2: Čet u kojem su priznali da „nemaju ažuriranja" čak ni posle 100 dana.
Snimak ekrana 3: Moja istorija isplata prikazuje status „Uspešno", ali novac nikada nije stigao do banke.

Thank you for helping me with this case. Here are the answers to your questions:
1. Were your other payouts from the casino successful?
Yes, I have had successful withdrawals in the past. However, this time, they have withheld a large amount (₹41,700 INR) for over 105 days (since Oct 10, 2025).
2. Were you asked to submit any documents?
Yes. I have submitted my Bank Account Statement (PDF) multiple times to their support team, showing clearly that the money was NOT received between Oct 2025 and Jan 2026. They have acknowledged receiving it but still refuse to process the refund.
3. When was the last time you were in contact with the casino?
I contacted them yesterday (Jan 21, 2026). As usual, they gave me a scripted response saying "Wait more" and "Funds are safe," but refused to give a date.
