Martina, dozvolite mi da pojasnim izjavu „izvod iz banke pokazuje da su plaćanja izvršena tokom vikenda obrađena tek u ponedeljak". Dok klijent ne pruži dokaz o tome putem imejla koji se koristi za prepisku sa našim stručnjacima, ne možemo prihvatiti ove reči kao validan dokaz.
Molimo vas da zamolite klijenta da pošalje relevantan izvod iz bankovnog izvoda koji to pokazuje ili da dostavi potvrdu od predstavnika banke.
Problem je što klijent nikada nije objasnio da dani obrade plaćanja mogu da variraju, a ova informacija takođe nedostaje u dostavljenim dokumentima.
Nismo prestali sa razmatranjem zahteva klijenta, ali da li možemo dobiti odgovor od klijenta putem imejla kako bismo nastavili? Nismo dobili nikakav odgovor od klijenta u poslednja tri imejla.

Please ask the client to send a relevant excerpt from the bank statement showing this or provide confirmation from their bank representatives.
The issue is that the client never explained that payment processing days may vary, and this information is also missing from the documents provided.
We have not stopped reviewing the client’s request, but can we receive a response from the client via email to proceed? We have not received any reply from the client in the last three emails.
