Kada ste registrovali svoj nalog? – Odgovorio sam „Pre 2-3 godine". Tačan odgovor je pre 3 godine, što sam takođe dokazao snimkom ekrana. (Nerazumno je očekivati da se kupac seća tačnog datuma registracije po sećanju.)
– Gde živiš? – odgovorih iskreno.

How did you make your last deposit? – I answered correctly, as I remembered.
When did you register your account? – I replied "2–3 years ago." The correct answer is 3 years ago, which I also proved with a screenshot. (It is unreasonable to expect a customer to recall the exact registration date from memory.)
Where do you live? – I answered truthfully.
Which was the last bonus you claimed? – I could not provide a precise answer due to the short time limit. The site frequently gives me bonuses automatically, and I rarely request them myself.
Even after completing this additional verification, the casino has not responded to me. They are only delaying, withholding my funds, and not allowing me to withdraw.
