Podnosim ovu žalbu u vezi sa ozbiljnim kršenjem politika odgovornog kockanja od strane kazina Pistolo.
Dana 23. januara 2026. godine, kontaktirao sam kazino putem e-pošte i eksplicitno zatražio trajno zatvaranje mog naloga zbog zavisnosti od kockanja. Kazino je prihvatio moj zahtev, zatvorio mi nalog i prestao da mi šalje sve promotivne e-poruke ili SMS poruke.
Međutim, otprilike mesec dana kasnije, bez ikakvog zahteva ili saglasnosti sa moje strane, kazino:

Nastavio je da mi šalje promotivne imejlove sa ponudama i podsticajima za kockanje.
Ova akcija predstavlja jasno kršenje principa odgovornog kockanja i pravila samoisključenja, koja su osmišljena da zaštite ranjive igrače.
Kao direktna posledica ovih radnji, moja zavisnost od kockanja se ponovo pokrenula. Uplatio sam depozit i izgubio ukupan iznos od 1.715 evra, što se ne bi dogodilo da je kazino poštovao moj zahtev za samoisključenje.
Želeo bih da naglasim da:
Nikada nisam tražio ponovno otvaranje mog naloga,
Nikada nisam dao nikakvu saglasnost za reaktivaciju,
Kazino je delovao isključivo na sopstvenu inicijativu, zanemarujući moju prethodnu izjavu o zavisnosti.
