Da, ranije sam uspešno podigao novac. Međutim, problem je uvek bio dnevni limit za podizanje, prvo je bio 900 švajcarskih franaka, posle nekog vremena su ga povećali na 1500, a nakon što sam se mnogo žalio, povećali su mi na 3000 dnevno, odnosno 40.000 mesečno. Dakle, od 8. maja, kada sam još uvek imao preko 20 hiljada na svom računu, tražio sam povlačenje sredstava - pošto je moj limit za povlačenje veći nego kod drugih igrača, VIP menadžer mora da se pobrine za to. Ali od 8. maja on je potpuno nestao, moje poruke se ne isporučuju. Zato sam kontaktirao podršku putem ćaskanja uživo, koja je apsolutno neinformisana i stalno me je preusmeravala na nekog drugog, tvrdeći da će me neko kontaktirati putem e-pošte. Nikada se nije desilo.
Napisao sam nekoliko imejlova VIP timu - koji bi navodno trebalo da odgovori u roku od 24 sata. Prošla je nedelja... nikakav imejl.
Uzimajući u obzir moj limit za povlačenje, od 8. maja pa nadalje trebalo je da budem u mogućnosti da podižem 3 hiljade dnevno... čini mi se kao da su to uradili namerno, potpuno nestajući, ne javljajući se sa nadom da ću sve izgubiti. Što se na kraju i desilo jer sam bio toliko ljut!
Već sam prošao KYC verifikaciju pre dosta vremena.
Ne, moji dobici nisu bili sa aktivnim bonusom. Bio je to samo srećan dan, i osvojio sam 33 hiljade u besplatnoj igri.
Da, već sam više puta zatvorio svoj nalog. Svaki put su mi ili slali imejlove ili zvali nudeći mi novac da ga ponovo otvorim (oko 1000 švajcarskih franaka). Ili kada sam tražio da ga zatvorim, nudili su mi mali iznos da ga drže otvorenim. Imao sam ga zatvorenog 2024. godine na neko vreme, a i ranije ove godine takođe. Pomenuo sam svom VIP menadžeru da mi je potreban novac za plaćanje faktura itd., a on je samo rekao da kazino treba da bude sredstvo da se osigura plaćanje faktura. Siguran sam da su, sudeći po mom ponašanju, bili svesni problema.

Yes, I have made many successful withdrawals before. However, the issue was always the daily withdrawal limit, first it was 900CHF, after some time they raised it to 1500 and after me complaining a lot, they raised mine to 3000 per day, 40,000 per month. So since May 8th, when i still had over 20K in my account, i asked for a withrdawal - because my withdrawal limit is higher than other players, the VIP Manager needs to take care of it. But as of May 8th he completely dissapared, my messages are not delivered. So i contacted Live Chat Support, who is absolutely clueless and kept moving me to someome else, claiming that someone will contact me via email. Never happened.
I wrote several emails to the VIP Team - which supposedly should reply within 24 hours. It's been a week... no email whatsoever.
Considering my withdrawal limit, from may 8th onwards i should have been able to withdraw 3k daily... feels like they did that on purpose, completely disappearing, not answering with the hope that i lose everything. which ultimately happened as i was so mad!

Yes i had closed my accccount mutliple times already. Each time, they either emailed or called offering me money to re-open (about 1000CHF). or when i was asking to close, they were offering a small amount to keep it open. I had it closed in 2024 for a while and earlier this year too. (emails to be sent to your email). I had mentioned to my VIP manager that i need the money to pay invoices etc. and he just said, the casino should be the mean to make sure invoices get paid. i am sure with my behavior they were aware of a problem.
