U subotu sam uplatio 35 evra putem bankovnog transfera, novac je skinut sa mog računa, ali se nije pojavio u kazinu, zatim se pojavio iskačući prozor u kojem se pisalo da može potrajati od 30 minuta do 2 sata da se pojavi, čekao sam preko 2 sata i još uvek ništa, pa sam sedeo i čekao, proveravao svaki sat i slao imejl podršci svaki sat govoreći da se još uvek nije pojavio, poslao sam snimak ekrana novca uzetog sa moje banke na onlajn čet, ali sam stalno dobijao samo imejlove u kojima se navodi da je vaš zahtev poslat nadležnom odeljenju, sada 20 sati kasnije ne mogu ni da se prijavim, izgleda da su me blokirali, pokušao sam da se prijavim, ali piše da je korisničko ime ili lozinka pogrešna, pa sam promenio lozinku i još uvek ne mogu da se prijavim, kontaktirao sam onlajn čet i ponovo su rekli da će biti prosleđeno nadležnom odeljenju, takođe sam poslao imejl sa snimcima ekrana pokušaja prijave i dobio sam isti imejl, tako da sada posle otprilike 20 sati imam manje od 35 evra sa svog računa i blokiran sam od prijave (imajte na umu da je na snimku ekrana banke naveden datum kada je novac otišao). Izlaz je ponedeljak, 9. mart, ali novac je već nestao. Imao sam 289 evra, uzeli su 35, a onda možete videti moj saldo od 254, banke se zatvaraju za vikend, tako da se stranica ažurira u ponedeljak.
deposited 35 euro on saturday via bank transfer, the money was taken from my account but did not show up in the casino, a pop up then came up saying it can take from 30mins to 2 hours for it to show up, i waited for over 2 hours and still nothing, so i sat and waited and checked every hour and sent an email every hour to support saying it still has not shown up, i sent a screenshot of the money taken from my bank to online chat, but all i kept getting was emails saying your request has been sent to the relevant dept, now 20 hours later i cant even log in it seems they have blocked me i tried logging in but it says incorrect username or password so i changed my password and still cant log in, i contacted online chat and again they said it will be passed to the relevant dept i also sent an email with screenshots of the attempts to log in and got the same email, so now after 20 or so hours i am down 35 from my account and i am blocked from logging in, (please note that on the bank screenshot the date listed as the money going out is monday 9th march, but the money is already gone, i had 289 euro they took 35 then you can see my balance of 254, the banks close for the weekend so monday is when the page is updated)
