Mogao bih da prihvatim taj razlog čak i ako bi moj prijatelj koga sam preporučio na ovoj platformi pokrenuo povlačenje u isto vreme kao i moje drugo povlačenje, skoro isto vreme ali istog dana, istim načinom plaćanja, ali je njegovo povlačenje završeno do 14. juna, a zatim ponovo pokrenuo povlačenje do 15. juna, a onda ga je dobio do 19. juna. Dok sam čekao na svoje, on je već dobio dva povlačenja. Dakle, ne mislim da je ovo samo problem previše korisnika koji pokreću povlačenja. I'm here seeking help from your team and to complain Powbet for my delayed withdrawal. This is my second withdrawal on their platform, my first withdrawal (PHP 42,000 by Gcash) was June 3 and was completed by June 7 so it was on time of their 3-5 business days. Next withdrawal was June 10 (PHP 40,982 by Gcash again), this is the one which is still pending by now. I first contacted the customer support last Monday because I was expecting my withdrawal to be completed by Sunday because my first withdrawal was like that. From Monday until Friday I've been contacting them thru their live chat and thru email once. They all say the same thing even though they are different customer supports, no one is telling me the real reason on why my payment is delayed. They all say that they are sorry for the delay, that the finance team is already on it, that too many users are requesting withdrawal hence all are delayed.
I could accept that reason if even my friend who I referred to this platform and initiated the same withdrawal time of my second withdrawal, almost same time but same day, same payment method but his withdrawal got completed by June 14, then proceeds to initiate withdrawal again by June 15 then he got it by June 19. In the span of me waiting for mine, he already got two withdrawals. So I don't think this is just a problem of too many users are initiating withdrawals. I do think they are waiting for me to cancel and gamble all of my winnings which eventually would lose all of it but no, I wont do that.
I've only bet on esoccer games. I didnt use bonus promotions and I didn't play on casino. Only sportsbook which is esoccer to be specific.
