Zaista mi je potrebna vaša pomoć sa ProntoBet-om. Imam ozbiljnih problema sa kockanjem i zamolio sam ih da mi trajno zatvore nalog zbog toga. Zatvorili su ga, ali kada sam tražio povraćaj novca za moje gubitke, prvo su lagali i rekli da sam podigao/dobio više nego što sam uplatio/izgubio (dakle, nema povraćaja). Nakon što sam se suprotstavio i tražio dokaz, konačno su priznali da nisu u pravu i poslali izveštaj o transakciji koji pokazuje da zapravo imam neto gubitak od 379 evra.
Iako sada potvrđuju da sam izgubio novac (a depoziti su bili visoki i veoma blizu – jasni znaci da sam izgubio kontrolu), oni i dalje odbijaju bilo kakvu vrstu povraćaja novca ili nadoknade. Samo kažu „nema povraćaja" i prestaju da odgovaraju na moja pitanja. Prošli su dani bez odgovora.
Čini mi se da su pokušali da izbegnu pomoć tako što su u početku dali pogrešne informacije, a čak i nakon što su ih ispravili, nije im stalo do odgovornog igranja. Nije bilo upozorenja niti intervencije sa njihove strane kada sam uplaćivao mnogo novca za kratko vreme.

I really need your help with ProntoBet. I have serious gambling problems and asked them to close my account permanently because of it. They did close it, but when I asked for a goodwill refund for my losses, they first lied and said I had withdrawn/won more than I deposited/lost (so no refund). After I pushed back and asked for proof, they finally admitted they were wrong and sent a transaction report showing I actually have a net loss of €379.
Even though they now confirm I lost money (and the deposits were high and very close together – clear signs I had lost control), they still refuse any kind of refund or compensation. They just say "no refund" and stop answering my follow-ups. It’s been days now with no reply.
I feel like they tried to avoid helping me by giving wrong info at first, and even after correcting it, they don’t care about responsible gaming. There was no warning or intervention from them when I was depositing a lot in a short time.
