Želeo bih da podnesem žalbu u vezi sa problemom sa isplatom kod Qbet-a.
Dana 28. marta 2026. godine, zatražio sam povlačenje 1000 evra (ID transakcije: ca2e5bf1-6a6d-4ab1-ae6f-df7d824cc390). Transakcija je označena kao „uspešna" na mom nalogu, ali nikada nisam primio sredstva na svoj bankovni račun.
Nakon višestrukih kontakata sa korisničkom podrškom, obavešten sam da je transakcija ponovo obrađena 7. aprila preko provajdera plaćanja pod nazivom Monetum.
Kako je traženo, dostavio sam izvod iz banke koji jasno pokazuje da takav iznos nije primljen. Ovaj dokument je prosleđen njihovom „relevantnom timu" na dalju istragu.
Međutim, uprkos tome, nisam dobio nikakvu značajnu novost više od 60 sati nakon mog poslednjeg kontakta. Odgovori ostaju opšti i ne pružaju nikakve konkretne informacije.
U ovom trenutku, još uvek ne znam:
Gde se sredstva trenutno nalaze
Da li je prenos neuspešan ili je još uvek u toku
Kada će se ovaj problem rešiti
Nije dostavljen dokaz o transferu (kao što je SWIFT/MT103).
Pored toga, moja žalba na AskGamblers je već označena kao nerešena.
Molim:
Jasna potvrda gde se sredstva trenutno nalaze, ili
Trenutni povraćaj 1000 evra na moj Qbet račun kako bih ih ponovo mogao podići
Tražim vašu pomoć u rešavanju ovog problema.

I would like to file a complaint regarding a withdrawal issue with Qbet.
On March 28, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of 1000 EUR (Transaction ID: ca2e5bf1-6a6d-4ab1-ae6f-df7d824cc390). The transaction is marked as "successful" in my account, but I have never received the funds in my bank account.
After multiple contacts with customer support, I was informed that the transaction was reprocessed on April 7 through a payment provider called Monetum.
As requested, I provided my bank statement clearly showing that no such amount has been received. This document was forwarded to their "relevant team" for further investigation.
However, despite this, I have not received any meaningful update for more than 60 hours after my last follow-up. The responses remain general and do not provide any concrete information.
At this moment, I still do not know:
Where the funds are currently located
Whether the transfer has failed or is still pending
When this issue will be resolved
No proof of transfer (such as SWIFT/MT103) has been provided.
Additionally, my complaint on AskGamblers has already been marked as unresolved.
I am requesting:
Clear confirmation of where the funds are currently located, or
Immediate return of the 1000 EUR to my Qbet account so I can withdraw it again
I am seeking your assistance in resolving this matter.
