Pišem vam da bih zvanično podneo žalbu protiv onlajn kazina QuickWin (quickwin-1315.com), koji, prema evidenciji plaćanja, posluje pod imenom Adoniobet.
Uplatio sam sredstva na svoj račun i nakon igranja, zatražio sam isplatu koju je platforma odobrila, ali nikada nije obrađena niti uplaćena na moj Revolut nalog. Isplata je sada „u pregledu" sumnjivo dugo, daleko duže od bilo kog razumnog vremena obrade.
Više puta sam kontaktirao njihovu podršku uživo. Svaki put su ponavljali nejasna objašnjenja, tvrdeći da je plaćanje u „fazi završne verifikacije" i kriveći finansijsko odeljenje za kašnjenje — bez pružanja bilo kakvog stvarnog rešenja ili potvrde putem e-pošte kako je obećano.
Evo rezimea onoga što se dogodilo:
Uplatio/la sam sredstva preko svoje Revolut kartice na QuickWin.
Zahtevao sam povlačenje novca, koje nikada nije obrađeno.
Podrška stalno daje isti izgovor: „U završnoj je fazi verifikacije."
To su nedelje odugovlačenja bez ikakvih dokaza o obradi.
Nisu mi tražene nikakve naknade, ali povlačenje nije stiglo.
Transakcije se pojavljuju na mom Revolut nalogu sa imenom trgovca „Adoniobet", što nije bilo jasno naznačeno na QuickWin sajtu.
Podneo sam zahtev za povraćaj sredstava kompaniji Revolut, ali je odbijen, jer sistem pokazuje da sam ovlastio transakciju putem 3DS-a i da moj uređaj nije prijavljen kao izgubljen ili ukraden. Međutim, verujem da je ovo jasan slučaj obmanjujućeg ili prevarnog ponašanja od strane trgovca.

Drugi korisnici koje poznajem, a koji su bili u sličnoj situaciji, primili su svoja sredstva tek nakon prelaska na bankovne isplate, što pokreće dodatnu zabrinutost u vezi sa transparentnošću platforme i selektivnim plaćanjima.
S poštovanjem molim Casino Guru za pomoć u rešavanju ovog problema ili, ako je potrebno, za istraživanje QuickWin / Adoniobet kao potencijalno prevarnog operatera.

I’m writing to formally file a complaint against the online casino QuickWin (quickwin-1315.com), which appears to be operating under the name Adoniobet in the payment records.
I deposited funds into my account and after playing, I requested a withdrawal which was approved by the platform but never processed nor credited to my Revolut account. The withdrawal has now been "under review" for a suspiciously long period, far exceeding any reasonable processing time.
I contacted their live support multiple times. Each time, they repeated vague explanations, claiming the payment is in the "final verification phase" and blaming the financial department for the delay — without providing any actual resolution or confirmation email as promised.
Here’s a summary of what happened:
I made deposits via my Revolut card to QuickWin.
Requested a withdrawal, which was never processed.
Support keeps giving the same excuse: "It’s in the final stages of verification."
It’s been weeks of stalling with no proof of processing.
No fees were requested from me, but the withdrawal has not arrived.
The transactions appear on my Revolut account with the merchant name "Adoniobet", which was not clearly indicated on the QuickWin site.
I submitted a chargeback request with Revolut, but it was denied, as the system shows I authorized the transaction via 3DS and my device was not reported lost or stolen. However, I believe this is a clear case of deceptive or fraudulent behavior from the merchant side.

Other users I know who were in a similar situation only received their funds after switching to bank withdrawals, which raises further concerns about the platform’s transparency and selective payments.
I respectfully request Casino Guru’s assistance in resolving this matter or, if necessary, investigating QuickWin / Adoniobet as a potentially fraudulent operator.
