Želeo bih da podnesem formalnu žalbu u vezi sa QuickWin kazinom.
Zatražio sam povlačenje 500 evra 20. jula, što je još uvek u toku. Takođe sam podneo drugi zahtev za povlačenje 500 evra 30. jula, koji je takođe još uvek u toku.
Moj nalog je potpuno verifikovan (KYC je završen) i nema prikazanih problema na mom profilu.
Više puta sam kontaktirao korisničku podršku putem imejla. Jedini odgovor koji dobijam je da moram da čekam, bez ikakvog objašnjenja, vremenskog roka ili rešenja.
Pored toga, ćaskanje uživo više nije funkcionalno. Kad god pokušam da napišem poruku, odgovara samo sa „Dobrodošli nazad" i ne dozvoljava nikakvu komunikaciju sa agentom.
Trenutno, još uvek imam približno 3.600 evra na svom kazinu, dok je 1.000 evra trenutno zaključano u trajanju isplata.
Tražim pomoć od Casino Guru-a u kontaktiranju kazina i rešavanju ovog problema, jer je isplata značajno odložena u poređenju sa vremenskim okvirom koji je naveo kazino, a nisam dobio nikakvu značajnu podršku.

I would like to submit a formal complaint regarding QuickWin Casino.
I requested a withdrawal of €500 on 20 July, which is still pending. I also submitted a second withdrawal request of €500 on 30 July, which is also still pending.
My account is fully verified (KYC completed), and there are no issues shown on my profile.
I have contacted customer support multiple times via email. The only response I receive is that I need to wait, without any explanation, timeframe, or resolution.
In addition, the live chat is no longer functional. Whenever I try to write a message, it only replies with "Welcome back" and does not allow any communication with an agent.
At the moment, I still have approximately €3,600 in my casino balance, while €1,000 is currently locked in pending withdrawals.
I am requesting Casino Guru’s assistance in contacting the casino and helping resolve this issue, as the withdrawal is significantly delayed compared to the timeframe stated by the casino and I have not been provided with any meaningful support.
